I have been insured by Allstate, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After…read morebeing a loyal customer for several years, I expected a much higher level of service from them. It took over a month for Allstate to communicate with the body shop and process payment, delaying the start of my car repairs. The problem arose because my car is a 2024 model, which they didn't have in their system. To make matters worse, they refused to cover the costs for an extension on my rental car, even though the entire delay was their fault. Their initial offer for diminished value was shockingly $0, issued before they even assessed the damage to my vehicle. We ultimately had to hire an independent inspector, who revealed that the actual diminished value was $10,000. This level of service from an insurance company is unacceptable. If you want an insurance provider that treats its customers fairly and with honesty, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Allstate. Your hard-earned money deserves better care and support.I have tried to contact this agent to get support and the only time I can get anything from them is when they want to sell me something. never when you need them.

I explained to them that I was only looking to get home owners policy only at the time. Of course like all insurance companies they try to pretty much push you into getting the bundle deal with home and auto. I stated that at the time I was not interested in doing so right now because I was getting a better rate with my current insurance and the only reason that I was even looking for home owners insurance was because my current company was pulling out of Georgia soon. At first it was no problem but, then a little while into signing the documents the pressure to bring my cars over came back. Again I rejected, but the proceeded to take my money and submit the documents knowing that it would get rejected. I leave the office assuming that I now have homeowners insurance nd nothing to worry about. To my surprise I get home and about two later I receive a phone call stating that the underwriting department rejected the policy because I would not bring over the autos. Of course I was pissed since according to corporate they should have known that before taking me all the way through that long process and wasting my time and day. Fast forward some months I receive a bill for $153.05. Of course I call denying the charges. But continued to receive bill after every few months until it finally hit my credit. I called again to get this straighten out. I was then connected with someone named Natonia that work there. She was supposed to get all of this resolved and call back. She originally called back with a Reference number for the issue. Of course I never heard from anyone. Jumping ahead some months I'm looking for a different insurance company once again and decided to give Allstate another try but with a different agent only to get all the way through the process only to be denied because of the previous balance that should not have been there in the first place. I reached back out to Siri Insurance agency once again to get this resolved . Natonya stated at the time that she could see in their system that I had a zero balance and did NOT owe anything ( I had the entire conversation recorded by the way). She was supposed to get on the phone and call the underwriting department to see about getting the charge removed. I waited for her to respond which she never did. After countless times between me and Allstate corporate office I was finally able to get her today only for her to tell me that even though after I sent proof of a cancellation letter and a LOE letter from my previous company that actual company I was Insured with they according to Natonya still refuse to remove. So what myself and the corporate office discovered. Even though my policy was cancelled same day. It took Siri a whole month to send in the cancellation still trying to charge me at the same time. I should have known better in the first place when you I got there no one was actually working in the building, not even Siri. The actual agent at the time worked from home and was only part- time. And Siri actually had her handling everything over the phone like she didn't even know or was incapable of doing a policy for me. AGAIN, DO NOT DEAL WITH AGENCY
