I contacted them right away and asked them to correct it. They told me it would take 2-3 days, even though this kind of change is usually done the same day. Four days later I called again -- they told me to wait a bit more. In total, they have been unable to fix this basic information for three weeks now, and every time I call I hear the same empty promises. Meanwhile, they call often about payment for the insurance. But when I ask why I should pay for a policy that, in reality, I still don't have, they have no answer. They say they'll call me back, but they never do. I strongly do not recommend this company. I've had a many good conversations with my State Farm agent and she has really looked our for my interest to ensure I am covered properly. It's not just a jingle friends Statefarm really is there. In a world with so many choices and so many agents trying to get your business promising you the world, it's soothing to know that there are agents who will not only get you good rates, but give you caring good service like Anna does, as well (not just when they are threatened to lose your business). She speaks English and Korean so there is no language barrier with her agency and she has given good advice when I needed or asked for it. When I was a child, and growing up we used to have State Farm Insurance. It was the only company I…read moreknew, and back in the 80's there wasn't so many commercials out there. Recently, we had been with other insurance agencies. My parents were made aware of this agency through word of mouth, and I have to say that without them bringing this to my attention, we never would have met Jay Chung and been able to work with State Farm again. As you can imagine, insurance premiums have been really creeping up and becoming more expensive, so the timing couldn't have been better for us to meet with Jay. He was thoughtful, professional, and friendly- also, very THOROUGH. Any questions we had, were answered. He followed up with us to ensure that we were maximizing our potential discounts, and also doing the little things to make sure that we are satisfied with the level of coverage that we now have for home, auto, and umbrella for our situation. My parents are elderly, but still perfectly able to move about and be social and do things on their own. Jay was patient with them, and I cannot state how happy I was that I really wasn't involved in the process because he was so supportive and great to work with. I cannot state this enough- Jay walked us through SIGNIFICANT savings for our family home/auto.
