I ran out of my blood pressure medicine & they wouldn't refill it w/o an office visit. I was on this medication before I switched to this doctor so it wasn't anything new that needed to be monitored. I made 3 visits 3-months apart when I first started there & stopped going so often because I wasn't sick. They're only in the business to collect money from insurance claims.. not about the patient's health.

One of the staff even said labcorp did not accept cash paying patients. We paid there as demanded then went to labcorp only to be told that labcorp does actually accept cash patients and in fact the actual price of the labs was about $30 cheaper than we had been charged. I called to confront them and got no apology whatsoever. Just an argumentative attitude and was told we could come back for a refund. We weren't going to bother going back but the defiance and lack of apology made us go back to get our refund and even then the two women at the front remained defiant and unapologetic when they know they had blatantly lied to us to collect more from us. We already decided leaving that day that was the last time we were going back. The appointment was super rushed and the doctor didn't even do basic things like listen to heart/lung sounds or inquire about my relative's chronic condition. They only cared about trying to get him to pay for a flu shot. They had been decent in the past but they've become money grabbers recently and patients deserve better care and not being lied to. If an error is made, an apology should be forthcoming. That's simple basic courtesy. Now I understand why there's hardly ever anyone there unlike most doctor's offices.

I was a social worker at a nursing home, and he was our attending MD trying to start his own practice. I've sent many referrals to him. Over the past 8 years, his practice has grown substantially. He's been generally responsive to my needs, but has used NP's more and more in his practice. In the past few visits, I've waited longer and longer and no longer see him even when I make an appointment with him. His NP isn't rude, but not very receptive to conversation. His practice has gotten too big for his britches.

Today, at Kenmar Family Practice, all started off well since a nurse called me back inside of the 5 minutes that I got there. She of course did all the basics of height, weight, pulse.... But then after she was done, she said "Wait a few minutes, and the doctor will be right in." 40 minutes later, he STILL had not walked in and nobody peeked in the room saying he was going to be longer than expected. I was starting to struggle to keep my eyes open. He finally came in and simply was "OK" in testing and conference and quickly referred me to a specialist. All in all, out of the half dozen other quacks out of Marietta that I have seen in the past 30 months, he was the better of all evil, and I will come back to try again since it is much better than all other locations.

Actually referred me to the wrong kind of specialist then finally told me to find my own. All of my prescriptions were entered incorrectly. When I tried to tell Doctor bout his staff he barked at me and told me to get a new doctor. Honestly no fewer than 20 phone calls in last two months. All 20+ minutes. Nothing resolved. Worst ever
