The office was listed as an in-network provider with my insurance company, but the front desk staff repeatedly told me otherwise and were unable to properly assist me with verifying my coverage. Eventually, my insurance processed and paid for my exam and X-rays, but the front desk staff still did not acknowledge that the office was listed as an in-network provider under my insurance plan. In addition, the manager, Christina, told me that she would contact me in two weeks after submitting a pre-authorization request to my insurance company for my treatment plan but I did not hear from her. I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of care and professionalism I expected. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from the front office. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that there was a lack of communication and follow-through. While I was happy with Dr. Sandy Lin, my experience with the front office staff was very frustrating.
