The front desk, Ginny made sure I was comfortable at the office while waiting for my dental exam. The dental assistance Anna, she did a great job cleaning and rinsing the area of the gums and tooth's for a hour of gum cleaning. Anna explained that I would need gum deep cleaning to prevent any infections deep in the gums pockets. Dr. Strickland advise I should lay off the soda, candies, any junk foods which I will try my best to avoid for future decays of cavities and to the gums. I hope to return back for deep cleaning for the gums, since it not affordable but I hope to return soon when I am ready. Dr. Strickland explained that, it would take time to do every part of the area for cavities repair. At this time, I had a front upper tooth filling done by Dr. Strickland and I am impressed how quick the filling and tooth was look like new. I knew it will be a long journey to have all the cavities check and repair. They was professional and made me comfortable during my visit, always made sure everything is check out the tooth and gum before leaving the dental office. I haven't had a clean gum cleaning in a long time and it certainly felt cleaner. I will return again. Thank you Dr. Strickland, Ginny the front desk, and Anna, and other dental assistance!

I was going to send them to a child dentistry initially, but I have trust issues with dentists. I came to this practice after a bad dentist experience. Absolutely love them. I've referred several people (friends and coworkers) who had bad experiences with other dentists and they absolutely love them. The practice is clean, great hygiene practices, hygienist is thorough with cleanings, dentists very knowledgeable and personable, always gives a recommendation if needed with no pressure, they are ALWAYS on time, very professional, have a great office staff. Over the years between myself and kids we've gotten a few wisdom and baby teeth pulled, a couple fillings and my daughter had to get a mini root canal due to an abscess. I also got my sons' teeth sealed and will be doing the same with my daughter's teeth once all her adult teeth grow in.

Very impressive first appointment with Dr. Uthman. He has a really warm bedside manner and explains things in a clear and comprehensive manner. Hygienist was also great. No need to fear if you haven't been to a dentist in a while. They are very kind, understanding, and nonjudgmental. Scheduling is kind of weird since the listed business hours aren't fixed. They are open Monday to Saturday, but it seems like Monday and Wednesday are their firm open hours while they may close the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays if there are no appointments. That means there is no one manning the front desk on the days the office is closed (can't make or cancel appointments, no one to answer questions by phone or email). They are open bimonthly on Saturdays (two Saturdays a month), but not every Saturday. They have an online contact form for appointments, but no actual online appointment scheduling such as ZocDoc. That's my main wishlist item for this dental provider. Other wishlist items: make new patient paperwork available on the website to speed up checking in and to get a printout summary of the visit of procedures done at checkout.

Unfortunately, this is now the third time I have tried to schedule an appointment without success. The first time, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. The second time, I had to physically go into the office just to make an appointment because I was unable to get the help I needed over the phone. Most recently, I was placed on hold for over an hour. After waiting that long, I spoke with Diana and explained that I wanted to speak with a manager regarding these repeated issues. I was then transferred to someone named Cindy, only to find out that she was not the manager. At that point, I felt as though my concerns were not being taken seriously and that I was being passed around rather than helped. What is especially concerning is that several of my family members and friends are also patients at this office and have experienced similar issues with reaching the office, customer service, and appointment scheduling. This makes it seem as though these are not isolated incidents but rather ongoing problems that need to be addressed. I am sharing this because I genuinely value Dr. Uthman and the care he provides, and I would want him to be aware of what patients are experiencing when trying to contact the office and schedule appointments. The quality of care may be excellent, but the customer service and communication from the office need significant improvement. Patients should not have to wait on hold for 30 minutes to over an hour--or have to walk into the office--just to schedule an appointment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made, because the difficulty of simply reaching the office is beginning to overshadow what has otherwise been a positive experience with Dr. Uthman and his dental care.

My experience here has been an absolute physical and financial nightmare. Critical Issues Faced:Severe Pain Management Neglect: During a single session, they extracted all of my teeth and placed four titanium posts in both my upper and lower jaws. They refused to prescribe any pain medication, instructing me to use only Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Because of my history with decaying teeth, I have a high tolerance to over-the-counter pain relievers. Even my primary care physician was shocked by their refusal to manage post-surgery pain and stepped in to help.Unprofessional Staff: One of the staff members was repeatedly dismissive and exhibited a highly snippy attitude when I raised concerns.Failed Restoration & Poor Bite Alignment: I specifically asked them to fix my bite before leaving. They refused, and as a direct result, the permanent implants broke within just 8 hours of the procedure.Excessive Travel Burden: Because of their refusal to listen and fix the bite alignment initially, I had to waste an entire day driving 3 hours back to the clinic (6 hours round trip), burning a full tank of gas to fix their mistake.I strongly urge anyone looking into full-mouth restorations to carefully vet the provider and look elsewhere for an oral surgeon who prioritizes patient care and proper post-op management and also implanting wasted another full day of work and over 2 tanks of gasoline because of their mistake is when they had taken out my teeth but apparently they left a point ofmy jaw and after weeks of excruciating pain.... all while they tell me I'm imagining it because there should be no pain is what they said all up until a sharp point of bone stabbed through the roof of my mouth .....
