Unfortunately recently there has been a revolving door of new cadre of dentists and the quality of care and the office experience has significantly declined. One dentist redid a bonding but it looked so terrible I to go elsewhere to get it redone. The office management kept spamming me to make an appointment but then the only availability five months out. They also recently started pushing more unnecessary services, which is expected but still irritating. I will give them credit for not lying about having cavities, which has happened at other dental practices. It is hard to find a good dentist in this area and until a year ago I loved my experiences with this practice. But sadly this is no longer the case and I can't recommend this dental practice.

The dentist didn't even look at my teeth, just took a quick glance at the x ray and said I had a cavity and needed either a filling or a root canal. I was quoted over $3,500 for the root canal. I got a second opinion because it was odd to me that all the patients being seen at the same time as me were leaving with "root canals". I went elsewhere and they didn't find any cavities and addressed the pain I was feeling was actually my gums. Please save your money and go else where. I had a friend in dental billing review the initial root canal estimate and I was told they were upcharging tf outta me and adding extra codes that were not needed or accepted by most insurances & it ended up not even being a cavity. To think they were going to drilll a completely healthy tooth is beyond unbelievable. Advocate for yourself and get a second opinion when things don't feel or seem right. The front desk staff got me 'squared away' (Army lingo) really quickly when I reached out and the communication via txt, email, and phone could not have been better. She was as pleasant and as knowledgeable as Ryan and was just as warm. The doctor told me what my next steps would be for a 'deep cleaning' (which Jennifer was able to schedule me for tmrw) but also told me they would take care of fitting me for a 'night guard' for my teeth grinding.....and she was able to answer and explain ANY concerns I might have had.....BRAVO! It turned out they ended up removing cavities and doing fillings, but they filled my molars so poorly that I can't even floss between them because the filling material bridges across from one tooth to the other. My molars hurt, and the area under the filling is turning black--it looks like I have an infection, or as if they left debris underneath before sealing it. My teeth are turning black. I think I have an infection in all the molars they filled. After seeing so many bad reviews for this clinic, I'm going to file a formal complaint/lawsuit against them because I don't think they should be allowed to keep practicing if they don't know what they're doing. It seems like this clinic is more interested in draining insurance money than ensuring your oral health. I do not recommend coming here; there are plenty of other clinics. I came here thinking it was a good place because I saw some positive reviews, but please--go somewhere else. I absolutely regret ever coming to this clinic. They charged over $6,000--which the insurance paid--but honestly, I would have preferred to pay nothing at all. Stay away from this clinic; don't make the mistake of letting them touch your teeth. If they messed up the fillings this badly, just imagine what would happen with another procedure. This is something that will affect me for the rest of my life. I'm going to find out exactly what they did wrong and why the work is so poor
