Hired this company to clean 18 panels and 13 windows (includes slider). Very responsive and they were on time! My appt time was 8:30 AM this morning. Crew consist of 3 ppl. 2 ppl cleaned the windows inside the house while the other washed down the panels and cleaned the outside of the windows. Three clean-cut, well, dressed uniformed gentleman arrived at my door within the arrival window that was committed. In one hour they thoroughly cleaned my windows inside and out and screens. My townhouse literally looks bigger and brighter. On the inside. They left zero mess and were thoughtful enough to takeoff their shoes before coming inside. I requested a quote on October 10th and was able to schedule an appointment for 7 days later. The quote was as expected and very reasonable. On the day of my scheduled appointment, two young men showed up on time and kindly introduced themselves. They were respectful of my home and offered to take their shoes off while working inside. The duration of their work lasted 4 hours, which included the cleaning of 24 windows inside and out of my two story home. I have wanted to do our rain gutters for the past few years. Trying to find someone to do has always been an issue. Last December I was walking around our neighborhood and saw Brandon installing Christmas lights on a home! Two weeks ago we had Brandon at our home to clean all the windows and replace our 26 year old window screens. The only issue I had was the set arrival time. I would hope if "any" company providing a service is going to be late (I am not talking 20 minutes) for some reason or another to call or text the customer to let them know. Once onsite Brandon was very professional, a likeable guy and did a very good job. He reminded me of me when I was his age. My wife was very happy to get our windows cleaned as I was to get the screens all replaced. I was also pleased that Brandon replaced all the pull tabs that you grab on to to remove your screens from the window frames. We had a few that were missing and did not even think that they could be replaced. With the satisfactory job that was performed I would not hesitate to recommend this company to your home or business for the services they provide. True story and a funny one was that the day after our windows were cleaned my 92lb dog was going outside and smashed her head into the sliding door, she was okay just probably embarrassed, lol.
