On 10/14/20 we had All-Pro Enterprises come out and clean our 16 solar panels on Daybreak Drive in La Verne, and they did an A+ job for us. They on time for both the estimate and for the work itself. They used their own deionized water for the job and were clean and safe on our Spanish tile roof. I was especially impressed when the worker showed me before and after pictures of our dirty/clean panels at the end of the job. Checking power output of the panels, I saw an immediate increase of 3.8kWh (15%) production for the following day compared to the preceding day (similar sky conditions). They responded really quickly and came out within 24 hours to give a quote. They were at least $20+ cheaper than the other competitors. Dane was very nice and professional! The next day the employees came out to clean my windows and screens for my house. There were two of them and they had it down! They did my whole house in under an hour. And they did a great job!!! My windows and screens look awesome! I may even consider a different service they offer which is pressure washing the whole exterior of the house! I recently had all pro come out to clean my windows and really felt good about the decision. I had a few quotes from various companies I found on Yelp and though All-Pro was the highest I was impressed with the professionalism the sales person provided as well as the low pressure approach. They agreed to include the tracks as it was a service other companies said was part of there standard cleaning which apparently was not with All-pro. Overall price of $460 also included hard water treatment which I was told would make a significant impact on windows that has been hit by sprinklers. On day of cleaning 2 men came on time. About hour in I noticed they were not cleaning the tracks as was discussed and the gentleman that was here stated it was not part of service. When I mentioned it was agreed upon he called his office and proceeded to make a half hearted effort moving forward. He did ask for a vacuum with a hand nozzle which luckily I had but did little else besides that. Overall the windows don't look much different than they did prior to the cleaning. The hard water treatment had no effect on the stained windows either. I called the company a week or so later after receiving a request to provide feedback on YELP and advised of my disappointment before posting my experience as I wanted to give them opportunity to rectify. Normally I am not a person to complain and generally will just not use a service again rather than go through the awkward effort of stating my dissatisfaction. Since they mailed requesting it however I thought I would give it a shot. I spoke with a very nice lady who took all my information and stated she would get back to me. That was a couple weeks ago and have not heard back. I gave 2 stars as they were friendly throughout process and did witness them put water and soap on the windows. So, after over 30yrs of paying for home insurance I filed an insurance claim for roof/water damage due to the major storm that blew through Fontana in January.
