I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and as of this writing they have not responded to it. I have also filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. Recording the deed is a basic function of a title and escrow company.

Owners don't understand that Resource Property Management and other management companies don't have the "power" they think that management companies have - all decisions rest with the Board of Directors for the community. But, RPM has broad shoulders and will take the abuse from owners who don't understand this concept. Resource Property Management is on the cutting edge of technology and is always trying to enhance their services to their communities. They wouldn't have been so successful for the past 35 years and have grown organically without being ethical, honest and providing quality service to their management communities.
