He came in, told me there is nothing wrong with your feet. He recommended New Balance shoes. There is a NB store across street. The 10% off coupon helped a lot. The shoes have basically taken care of the pain. He also wrote a prescription for physical therapy for a month. I didn't go because my feet at much better.

I never asked for painkillers. It only took fifteen minutes for him to tell me what was causing the pain and the treatment for the problem. When I inquired why the first visit was a higher cost. I was told there was an $80 first customer visit fee. This is something I should've been made aware of on my first visit. If I was made aware of this, I could've easily gone to my primary physician and and could have avoided this cost. It is an unethical practice to not make a patient aware of this additional charge for a first time patient fee. It also makes no sense because I had to fill out the same amount of paperwork on both visits. Go to your primary physician if you can avoid using this company. I don't recommend them.

While I think being kind and well mannered is a huge plus, it is not the only thing required in service, especially when it comes to medical care. If you have HMO insurance please communicate with your insurance provider prior to each visit because the system tends to somehow 'change your PCP'. If you stop in for a referral for a specialist, be sure they do not provide you with an expired referral number. Also be sure they don't overcharge you if you have a copay. Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. My diagnosis requires surgery so it was a pretty big deal and I'm just upset that no one called to tell me or help me.
