I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

This is by far the best run, most caring provider's office I've ever had the pleasure of attending. I am a senior with a prior heart condition and would not normally be comfortable with a NP or PA-C, however, just the opposite at Progressive Health. I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. Went in to see BLESSED for the first time, and she thought it was appropriate to completely remove that medication, and force me to come in for an annual exam to get back on it. After I came in for the annual, she further demanded a follow up NEGLECTING TO TELL ME she would NOT be refilling my life-saving medication. After calling the office, I was told I would have to pay another $95, on top of the $166 from the annual exam, if I wanted to have my prescription back, which again, KEEPS ME ALIVE! not to mention the entire time I've been at this practice (was seeing Dr. Rutledge before BLESSED, she wasn't any better) my severe stomach pain, joint pain, nausea, GI issues, and urinary incontinency have been completely ignored. I was just going to move on to a new practice, but not that they're literally holding my medication hostage, I thought the world should know.

I've left 4 messages (you can never get someone to answer the phone) about a bill and needing an account review - no reply to any of them, and every time I try to go through another department I'm transferred to billing. Forget refill requests from providers. They're never processed on time and I ALWAYS have to be the go-between and call the practice to have them reply to the request. I'm told these things are handled by the same person. Not department, person!! And this incompetency has continued for many YEARS. This is unacceptable. I would give this practice 5 stars if these issues would be addressed.

Our previous PCP's office (Family Medicine of Greenville) was a nightmare to deal with. Scheduled appointment times meant nothing. It was quite common to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. Telephone communications were so frustrating - either not answered or returned. Dr. Maleh's office runs very efficiently. Scheduled appointments are kept within 15 minutes if that (I've been 3 times now and haven't waited any extended time). Stacey, his office contact, is wonderful to deal with. You may get the answering machine if she is checking out a patient, but do not despair. Leave a message she absolutely returns your call! Regarding Dr. Maleh ... he does not give the bums rush (gotta hurry because he has another patient waiting kind of thing). He truly takes the time to get to know his patients.
