However, I have called this office multiple times over the last week and left four different voicemails. The staff never picks up or returns calls during business hours. I understand that these are health care professionals and that it gets busy and they have to address the patients that are present. However, what about the patients who call in? Or have questions or health concerns. It seems as if this practice is too busy to give patients a call back. This is disheartening because I've never had a negative experience until now. Because of my most recent negative experience, I will more than likely look for a new office to take care of my medicalneeds being that this office doesn't address concerned patients.
