Before I wrote this review I chose to do the 21 for $21 deal they had... yoga is more than just a…read morephysical exercise and I think in order to truly appreciate the practice you must have the appropriate personnel, atmosphere, and a great teaching technique. At Be & Breathe they have about 6 teachers which means you get to know one another fairly well allowing them to know strengths/weaknesses and provide feedback that's personal. The facility is INCREDIBLY clean as well as inviting in a simple way. There are several restrooms, showers, and even changing spaces! The room where your practice takes place is also incredibly inviting with its big windows and simplistic design. Don't let the heated room intimidate you at the end of every class you get this cold towel infused with lavender and you won't know peace until you've meditated with a cooled sweet smelling towel in shavasana! But if these aren't enough the teachers are impeccable!And I would expect nothing less seeing as how the owner actually received her training FROM Baptiste!! If you've been on the fence you should simply just try it, at $21 you can't beat it! Oh and Julie gives student discounts, the studio is right next to a bakery, and it's right next to downtown but is far enough to have its own parking lot!!

The staff at planet fitness cares way more about their facility than this place does. I was there on a Saturday night with about 6 other people working out in there and there is only one bin stocked with wipes. There are dirty wipes laying all over the gym. I am very glute focused and two of the machines are broken and no signage even posted that something is being done. A different one doesn't even have stickers on the dial to tell me what the weights are. I think there should be signage posted on the outside of the room where classes are held to let people know not to enter. I found the instructor very rude as I did not know. The upstairs where the treadmills are is so hot. I wish I stayed at planet fitness.

We braved the cold, woke up early, ready to work out, only to wait outside the building for 30 minutes. A group of us who waited were pissed. Pure insanity. If you're not going to open, then change your operating hours. Or hire people who will actually show up on time.
