If I could give this zero stars I would. For starters, my husband had to come here twice. The…read morefirst time, my husband, who was in severe pain following a back surgery, was forced to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment only to be told that because he's a veteran, they only had one person trained to do those taxes and she wasn't in. Maybe they should be training their employees better because we have used H & R Block for years in the city we used to live in and never had this problem. If they had asked us this when we scheduled it wouldn't have been an issue and we could have scheduled with the right person the first time around. The main issue, and reason I'm writing this is because when one of the managers of this location and the Maumee location finally did our taxes, we signed up for the option for H & R block to electronically file our taxes to the federal government. One small problem...the woman Nicole who did our taxes, forgot to send them! This is absolutely ridiculous and negligent. We attempted to call and speak to her but were given the run around by the employees at both locations so unfortunately we had to take this matter to their corporate headquarters. I can understand mistakes happen but to not take ownership over something that was clearly her fault is unacceptable. I can't say I'm surprised by her failure to even apologize, after all, we are just another number to these people. She should be ashamed of herself, this level of negligence is unacceptable, especially considering this person is allegedly a manager! We moved here from a large east coast city and always used H & R Block without any issues so this is clearly a problem with this manager/location. If we hadn't noticed, our taxes would have never been filed. Clearly, they don't care enough about their customers at this branch to even offer an apology. I would never recommend this branch to anyone.
