Shortly after complaining to the Pro Grass company about their workers urinating behind the garage.. at least that's what it looked like... and the fact that when they turned around it was obvious they were putting Mr Winky back in his hiding place; anyway.. after that complaint they started blowing all the yard debris onto my front porch area. This is sooooo unprofessional. I would not recommend Pro Grass for any business especially if there are young.. and older.. children running around.. which there are and were plenty when the obscene displays were happening. I cannot stress enough that I don't trust them and I'm certainly not recommending them.

We had this same hedge trimmed a couple of years ago by a different company and there is no comparison. Whatcom Lawns job quality is much more professional. The hedge is straight, and the clean-up complete. If I had to use one word to describe the job done by Whatcom Lawns, it would be, perfection. We will definitely have them back in the future.

Here is the reason, I started with them. When we moved here in 2021, I called them and 4 of their competitors. LSM and Marrs are the only two that responded. it came down to availability and trust. Trust was from multiple people that I know that gave me a great review and I am really happy i listened to them. Since then, we had them on two additional installs and a couple service calls and they have been consistently top notch. The installs have consisted of mini-splits as well as Heating and Airconditioning units so our experience is not just one type of install. Next will be Gas fireplaces in our home. Somehow the front of the fireplace was damaged when the gas fireplace was cleaned. They didn't say anything about it, and I have really tried not to say anything, to just let it go, but I have decided I just can't use them anymore. If they had just told me about it and made arrangements to have it repaired, I would have respected it and been happy.
