One of the major project he did for me is to replace both my air ventilation in both my bathroom fan. They both had given up and it's just flat out old so it was time to upgrade. He did a fantastic job on those 2 units. I also got him to redo my bathroom tub caulking . The previous guys claim over 9 years of lifetime, it was less than 10 months. So don't buy into those who offer these crazy lifetime on your bathroom caulking. TK did my tub caulking and told me the truth, "maybe a year " he said which is exactly what I got from the previous people that claimed 9 years ‍. I'm already looking at a few new smaller projects for him to get started soon. I just want to pile it up so I can take up an entire day. I will be using TK soon!

We had to move so much earth from an elevated patio with huge rocks - when it was raining and water pooling in and we had to build retaining walls, pavers, turf, waterfall, planters, pergola, patio stairs... Unfortunately, within just one year, we noticed that one corner of the retaining wall had started sliding, causing the ground level to slope again. We contacted Joshua multiple times, and after several attempts he finally came to our home in May 2026. He inspected the issue and told us his team would return to fix it. However, no one ever showed up, and the problem remains unresolved. We have continued calling and messaging him because we are genuinely worried that the damage will worsen. Despite our repeated attempts, Joshua has not responded at all. This level of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
