We soon discovered that there were no authorized Samsung repair technicians in our area, making it impossible to get the appliance serviced under warranty. I contacted the Lowe's appliance manager, Mitch, multiple times. During our first conversation, he appeared willing to assist. However, after that initial call, I received no follow-up whatsoever despite leaving several messages requesting a callback. To this day, we have not received a refund, a replacement, a service visit, or even a courtesy check‑in from Lowe's. Samsung has also been awful to deal with throughout this process. We will never purchase a Samsung refrigerator again. A company should not be selling products in major retailers if they cannot properly support or service them. If I could give a half‑star rating, I would. TERRIBLE customer service from both Lowe's and Samsung.

Had me haul an unsafe load that fell apart on the truck multiple times, I told the Store Manager who was out there next to me that it was unsafe, a manager with absolutely zero experience running a big rig. Was told to load it anyway, that he was sick and tired of hauling multiple loads, which makes it safer. Sounds made up dont it? After it fell apart the second time, i sent a admittedly heated text to my dispatcher, posted below, explaining its not happening again because i'd go to prison for killing someone on the road because of the load that was MY job to move safely. My dispatcher showed the manager, who then somehow tried to say I threatened HIS life (in the text) and fired me the next morning even after I attempted to explain to him that it wasnt a threat to him. I did say i'd blowup and yell at the next person to try and force me to do something unsafely. He forced me off the property without allowing me to gather my belongings. The text messages was me trying to gey my stuff back, which I did, and showed up in one jewel of a truck to get it Also, ol' store manager I know you're stalking my facebook. I thought that the prices were a bit lower than Home Depot and Lowe's though the selection clearly is a bit smaller here.
