I arrived in Branson for a 9 day vacation to see a music festival. Not knowing anything about the area and having a few extra days to do things I asked the front desk for some info. They weren't of much help but seeing as I didn't have a car rental they did have a couple of cards for concierge/taxi services. Luckily I picked the one for Branson Taxi and Concierge Services. Right from my first ride Jill and Larry Reynolds were extremely helpful and accommodating. They worked with me on my schedule and told me about several wildlife and nature areas that were at the top of my list of highlights for the trip. Both which I would not have known about without their input. They also gave me discount codes for shows and secured me tickets for the most popular show in Branson, The Haygoods at a wonderful price. Not only did they provide all of these services they were tour guides as well, telling me much about all the surrounding areas we went to. They couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful for my entire stay right thru my return to the Springfield Airport for my return home. I have never complained about not getting help with luggage, i don't need help, but when you pay the kind of price we paid Branson taxi, you expect a little help, even the cheaper taxi helped with the luggage. I just want people to know what to expect, OR NOT EXPECT. I always text when i will be late for anything, as any normal person would, and i understand not texting and driving, but it would have only taken two minutes to pull over, read the text, and find out if there was a problem. Branson taxi never bothered to do that, as if to say YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT, and because of that there were problems. The driver never told us there was an emergency at home, only went on and on about how much it was going to cost to pay for some work being done at home. A merchant should never vent to a customer about personal issues, it is unprofessional, and another reason we were unhappy with the service. I have never, and will never, bash a company for bad service, but i will let people know when unprofessional actions are experienced by us as a customer. The driver will find an excuse for every action to make the company look good, but the end line is WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE FROM BRANSON TAXI & concierge. read more

Took taxi with Jill from Springfield airport to Branson. Started off nice but as the ride went along we felt that jill became very pushy trying to get us to reserve shows. She would call the place and asked what seats they had then we felt on the spot to buy tickets as she was on the phone with them. I also felt like she treated my mother as she was a child or not there. We finally got to our motel exhausted and irritated and rested for awhile then called another taci Amigos to pick us up for dinner. There service was excellent and we used Amigos all week . Jill called us later that night and said did we eat dinner she had t heard from us. I said yes and. She said oh did you order in. No we took a cab was my response. This upset her and when she asked why and I told her. shr Couldn't let it go and in fact called me at least 2 other times next day or two and then texted me after she said not to worry y she would drop it. I felt like I was being harassed to be honest. So if you don't mind a pushy person then she's your person. If you want a great ride and service all week I suggest you call Amigos taxi/car service they go above and beyond. read more

Jill and Larry with Branson Taxi & Concierge are simply the best of the best! No matter which of the two you get, you are in the best care and can rest assured that you will arrive at your destination in comfort. We booked their shuttle service from the airport to our hosting hotel for a Family Reunion and learned so much about the amazing town of Branson during our ride that we literally were planning activities along the way! Jill even shared advice with another Cousin who had rented a car, saving us both precious time and allowing for a much more enjoyable time while waiting for more relatives to arrive. Choosing the service again for our return back to the airport was a no-brainer and they were even able to accommodate us adding a Passenger because of the spacious room in their luxury shuttle van. We recently stayed at Big Cedar Lodge and ran into an issue finding transportation back to Springfield, as there were no rides available through the usual services. Thankfully, we found a shuttle service that completely exceeded our expectations. The operators were professional, punctual, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire trip. They communicated clearly, made the ride comfortable and stress-free, and genuinely cared about making sure we got where we needed to go safely. I've used plenty of shuttle and transportation services over the years, and this was honestly the best experience I've ever had with one. What could have been a frustrating situation ended up being one of the most positive parts of our trip thanks to their outstanding service. Oh my lord!!!!!! Jill was amazing!! This lady not only saved my family holiday get-a-way plans (that were planned at the last minute, by the way), she also booked it all!! From the rental and attractions, all the way down to the shopping and dining! She made getting around the city easier also, by providing us with shuttling to and from certain locations, which made getting in and out of these places easier. Just when I thought she had given me all that she could give, she complimented my wife and I with a short tour of a pretty cool nearby rental neighborhood for future vacationing.
