We bought a Braselton Home recently and just one month in the house we started having problems. Cracks developed in the walls, base boards warped, doors got stuck due to shifting or poor framing and there were multiple areas that needed re-caulking and there has been many other problems. As if this was not bad enough to experience in a NEW home we have also had to deal with the shotty warranty department who has been extremely unprofessional and rude. The warranty manager has gone back on his word multiple times, he constantly tries to place fault with the home owners, he doesn't follow through with commitments he promised and he has a temper. The warranty work is often poorly done and in our experience we have had to submit new warranty claims to repair the shotty work that was previously done by the warranty workers. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The other and more costly problem is us having to take time off work over and over again because they miss their scheduled appointments, they fail to bring all the necessary material needed to perform the warranty repair even after they had sent an inspector weeks prior to annotate what is needed to do the work and they force you to work around their schedule even after they failed to miss the original scheduled appointments which of course leads to more lost time and pay for leaving work to meet THEIR schedule. This has been our experience but it is not exclusive to us. Our neighbors (Yes, I said neighbors as in multiple neighbors) have been going through the SAME problems and struggles with Braselton's warranty department not only in our subdivision but I know of other customers in other subdivisions who have and continue to have similar issues as we have gone through. One of my company supervisors actually has video of the warranty manager verbally assaulting her husband and challenging him to a fight. (Yes, I have seen the video). When we have tried to contact Fred Braselton who is the father and founder we get redirected to Bart. when we try to schedule an appointment with Bart we are told he only responds to letters and when we write letters we get responses covered with legal gibberish to cover his back. Just like the previous customer review I expect a rebuttal from perhaps a Braselton rep. quoting their last BBB review and I say in reply that those reviews are inconclusive and likely does not include any in person interviews with any customer that has gone through what we have suffered through and seems to only highlight the type of homes Braselton builds but please note that our issues pertain to the treatment and experiences from their warranty department. read more

We have owned our Brazelton home for 8 years now. From the beginning they surpassed our expectations. Very thorough, from the walk thru when we purchased our first home, to holding up on their warranty promises. Our electricity bills are extremely low, we have only had to replace our dishwasher once, and our home STILL looks like new!!! And did I mention the wonderful community! My daughter's best friend has been here as long as we, and they will be friends for life! We enjoy the wonderful park and atmosphere this wonderful builder has brought to us all. When you live in Rancho Vista you get more than a new house, you get a new home and a since of community and family! This builder truly knows what families need; great floor plans to provide the perfect living space to make a house a home. If you are new to this community please come out to the park. I have nothing but good things to say about Braselton Homes. Just bought my second home through them because the quality and how energy efficient they are. The sales staff are so friendly and make it easy to understand. The first home I built from the ground up and it was such a fun process picking everything! That home sold within 3 days of listing which was crazy fast!! My new home I didn't want to wait to build so I picked something that was already built. It's very spacious and has lots of storage! Love that they have a one year full warranty on anything that you happen to miss on the initial walk through. They are really nice and helpful about fixing anything too. They want people to be happy! I love the new neighborhood I'm in bc it's very family oriented and the park is so much fun for my little ones. read more

Mediocre attitudes typical of those who flaunt what they ( don't ) have Maxed out credit cards and bank loans ( paid struggling ) do not represent wealth but even if they were wealthy money cannot but elegance or class. read more
