I could not back out of the deal because if I did I would lose my $2,000.00 dollars. The money was given as a promise to stay with Braselton until my home was built. Coastal bend is experiencing a severe water shortage (I daily place two five gallon buckets in the shower for the wide and I, then just pour it in the garden/lawn. Turners also offers a water "Lawn Watering Service", if you're interested. Excellent customer service with very knowledgeable staff. Haven't been in the store recently, however, it's a must!!!

If you speak to attorneys in town who handle construction lawsuits they will tell you that Fox Homes is one of the few who has never been sued. Hats off to Fox homes.

I haven't received a word on this issue. I have a motorized wheelchair but I can't take it anywhere like the mall, HEB, etc because my chair can't be driven my apartment because the ramps were poured in with asphalt and there's a height difference. The ramp doesn't go all the way up to the sidewalk going to my front door. There are no handicap parking signs at my building so sometimes I have to fight for a close spot to park at my apartment to get in and out easier. Good complex, good amenities, friendly staff. Just need to rectify this issue.
