I request that my entry ways front and back doors be wheel chair accessible. I also requested that my master bedroom entry way to bedroom and shower and toilet be accessible for wheel chair. I could not back out of the deal because if I did I would lose my $2,000.00 dollars. The money was given as a promise to stay with Braselton until my home was built. Really, its blackmail as they want a minimum of $1200/month; readers please be aware. If you speak to attorneys in town who handle construction lawsuits they will tell you that Fox Homes is one of the few who has never been sued. Hats off to Fox homes.

I haven't received a word on this issue. I have a motorized wheelchair but I can't take it anywhere like the mall, HEB, etc because my chair can't be driven my apartment because the ramps were poured in with asphalt and there's a height difference. The ramp doesn't go all the way up to the sidewalk going to my front door. There are no handicap parking signs at my building so sometimes I have to fight for a close spot to park at my apartment to get in and out easier. Good complex, good amenities, friendly staff. Just need to rectify this issue.

First we've been here for a year and had a roach and ant problem since we moved in we made multiple…read morepest control requests and no one came one single time. second we have had multiple maintenance issues that take weeks to get fixed when we moved in the AC wasn't working and it was almost 90 degrees in there and it took multiple attempts to get someone there the same day since we also had our one year old daughter who couldn't sleep in those conditions. the AC has also gone out multiple times since we've lived there and it take us so much to get someone there when this happened and it only happened when it was 90+ degrees outside. our dishwasher and sink's disposal broke multiple times and we just accepted no one was ever coming to fix it. third before we moved in we toured our apartment the carpet hadn't been cleaned and they told us they still needed people to go in and clean the unit but when we moved in everything was the same we even stepped on a nail that hasn't been completely nailed into the carpet we didn't complain considering we were already dealing with the AC also the pool is never open and the gym sucks and i don't think i've even seen construction for the new pool yet. We will not be renewing our lease save ur money for a better place
