We made an appointment to visit with Mr. Hammond and my dad signed a contract for a package service totaling $2500.00. We were to go back to his office in a couple of weeks to sign documents and have paperwork filed with the court. My father passed away before anything was done. I spoke with Mr. Hammond about a partial refund of the money my father had given him. Mr. Hammond declined to refund any of the money saying his hourly fee is $800.00 and he felt as though he earned the money.
