I ordered 5 1/1 lb cheeseburgers with everything on them total was $26.20 thru the drive thru and was told to pull up they would have my order out in a few minutes I waited over 10 minutes while I watched everyone in line behind me get served first and yes some of them were getting meals also not ice cream. So I decided to go inside and ask where my burgers are i had waited for all this time outside for and the night manger got hateful with me and slapped my burgers together and threw them in a bag without everything on them like we asked then when we get home we see the mess she done being hateful this is the Braums location at 301 south Mississippi Ada ,Oklahoma and yes I'll be getting my money back because I have already filed a complaint with corporate office about this horrible experience and showed them the pictures ! And this store needs to be taught good customer service and better management because you're employees are giving this store a very bad name in this town especially the night crew on duty tonight... read more

Oh how I miss my favorite Ice cream. Butter Pecan . We just don't have it that tastes this good in Florida & we for sure don't have anything remotely close to Braum's either. This looks like a new store and there's tons of options for grocery's if u need something. I have always loved their burgers and crinkle cut fry's . This is one of my favorite new stores since moving to town. I love being able to go online and order their groceries and support a local community family. Their food is good and worth the wait. The wait is not long in the drive-through but you will usually find at least one or two cars ahead of you in line. I highly recommend chili when it's in season and their hamburgers are great. Don't forget to try the Braums sauce get it on the side and it makes a wonderful dip for fries. read more

Worst service ever. I've liked Braums for a long time and I hate to leave a bad review, but the service is bad and getting worse. I was just at the Braum's on Country Club Dr. in Ada, OK, waiting, waiting, and waiting to get waited on. I walked in to get an ice cream cone, there were no other customers at the counter. There were 4 employees acting sort of busy, but not waiting on anyone. One employee put gloves on right in front of me, looked at me and I thought she was going to take my order. She didn't. She walked away. Finally, after waiting for quite awhile, I asked a girl if I could get some service. I got my ice cream cone. Service is something I've always thought Braums was known for. Not anymore. I have found this true in just about every town where I've stopped at a Braums. Hoping this problem gets fixed: Hire some people happy to have a job, pay them more money, customer service training . . . something. read more

Worst service in Ada. I went to both Braums hoping one got it together but they seriously need to straighten up. The first time we went to the one by Wal-Mart waited 20 minites and apparently they gave out our order. So too make it up to us they said they would make it all fresh.... Is it not already? 20 minites later we finally got our food. The one by la fiesta pissed me off. We ordered 2 burger meals with a malt and mix. After they charged us they tell us we can't do a mix and charge us again for a malt.. When it was there mistake and tells my mom she needs to go wait in the other line for the mix.. But how does she get her food when its ready? Cant be in 2 places at once good thing I waited for it. The shift manager was So rude. If you mess up So much dont you think you shoupd solve the problem. So the story proceeds and they ended up losing our order like last time. When we finally got the food they forgot about our malts. Were waiting and literally I watched familys in the ice cream line walk out one by one. The front counter lady was nice and tried to make things better and made our malts but had to juggles front service and our malts. This place is a complete joke. The service is absolutely terrible. No one knows how to do their job properly, they mess up orders constantly, they are slow, slow, slow. By far the worst fast food restaurant in Ada. Please avoid this place at all cost. It is also extremely unsanitary and falls well below standards. read more

I mentioned in my review of the other Ada location that this one is inferior. However, this location isn't just bad in comparison. This location is just despicable overall. They are always filthy, which includes the bathrooms, floors, and tables, making for a gross dining experience. The workers...well, maybe they have just given up since the other location is clearly better, because they act like they couldn't care less about providing good service. Their market doesn't have as good a selection, and with their place in such a filthy state, it can't be good for the food, market or fast food either one. If you need a Braum's fix while you are in Ada, drive a few more blocks to the other location on Mississippi Ave. You will be glad you did. read more

Eh I don't really know about this place. Really professional workers and very nice. I mostly go through the drive-thru and the only time I come here is to order ice cream for my o'l lady. I've cream comes out good but every time I decide I want something I get a #1 sandwich. My burger ALWAYS comes back sloppy so make sure your order has napkins or paper towels or even maybe a bib. I'm guessing the nice workers get into much of a hurry. read more

Went through the drive-thru earlier this morning to grab some quick breakfast. Made it all the way across town before realizing I didn't get my credit card or receipt. I drive all the way back and go in. I tell someone at the front that they still had my credit card and receipt, and the woman goes to get the manager, who goes to the girl at the window, I see them fumble around with my credit hard and receipt, and then both come to me and deny that they ever had it, and that I must have lost it. After a bit of hassle with them, they give me the card and paper they were playing around with. I ask them for a $5 gift certificate (policy of the store, on all registers), they tell me "No, we don't give those whenever it's just a mistake". Well, it was my mistake going there. I gave them back the breakfast, got my refund, and left. I went to the other one across town that was much cleaner, much nicer, they gave me all the numbers I needed to get in touch with the corporate office, and even furnished me my breakfast for free when I shown them my refunded receipt. Do yourself a favor, avoid this one. The Braum's on the other side of town is much cleaner, nicer, and friendly. :) read more

I work a few blocks from this store, and use to get breakfast here every morning. I will NOT be back! The customer service is the worse, my order is NEVER right, many times....what I pay for is not in my bag, rude employees and they always have excuses! I'm a long time local customer. The service has gone downhill. If you go to the drive though you'll be waiting for a long time and have to pull up. It's happened to me three times in a Rowe now. The wait times are way longer than the Braums across town. The drive through staff are horrible at customer service especially at night. Ill drive across town from now on before I go to this Braums again. read more
