Good service and always the best games on TV. Always great food and a great atmosphere.

Came in for their 3pm happy hour specials and to catch some March madness games on a Thursday. Service was alright. There was one server for the entire restaurant, but they were pretty slow so it makes sense. We ordered some beers and some wings. The wings were alright, nothing to write home about. Drinks came fairly fast as well and our server was friendly. The location itself could use a good upgrade. I was a little more surprised all the TV's don't have the March madness games going on. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely disappointed, I ordered a 6 oz sirloin medium rare. It did not come cooked as I requested and the waitress didn't ask me to cut into it either. Once I cut into it and waved the waitress down she went to get me another one fixed after 30 minutes she brought another back cooked the same way. The outside was lukewarm and the inside was cold. The manager came over to see what was going on I explained what happened and he took $1 off. To say I'm very disappointed is an understatement, will not be back read more

Haven't been to Applebee's in a while ​decided to treat myself to lunch worst mistake I ever made the door greeter was a male that was very pretty and confused he set me at a dirty seat then I decided to use the restroom and there was urine all over the floor in the bathroom stinks so bad that it made me nauseated then my bourbon chicken was a onion nightmare after I told the waitress I did not want any onions the waitress was not on point and the bourbon chicken did not taste like bourbon chicken they had it cut up in the strips I will never be set foot Applebee's again read more

A friend and I came in to try out their appetizers and ended up ordering the 2 for 25.00 deal. He had the chicken strips and I had the burger. Sitting at the bar top, we both had a drink. For my friend, Bluemoon. For me, a drink from their chalkboard. The bartender did a good job on selling it for me. She is actually what made the difference for the better on this visit. Last time, there was an older woman with blonde hair behind the bar. Short mannered unless you're a man, I've noticed. She had tried speaking to me in a passive aggressive "I call the shots and you don't fit in here" kind of way. The bartender this time was very sweet and prompt with service. There were no long waits like last time. I believe my beer took her 10 minutes to get and this time, she was tending to everyone and got us our drinks quickly. I even mentioned to my friend that I believe this was the fastest I have ever gotten my drink. The food was below what we were expecting. The kitchen attempts to pass off burnt food for menu items. I tried biting into my burger and the bun was rock hard and obviously had been left on the flattop and forgotten. Of course, the bartender was quick to fix this problem. There was no seasoning on the patty. If that is normal, I'm not sure. And the fries there seem hollow like it wasn't a real potato. I will not be paying 25.00 for a burger and chicken strips ever again, especially if it's going to be tossed together like it was. I asked my friend how their chicken was and he said it was okay, a bit on the overdone side. This place is hit and miss, mostly misses. Always smells like sour beer gutters as soon as you walk in. This visit was due to us rolling a metaphorical die and landing on Applebees. I think the only dish I like here is the chicken Alfredo and that itself is a 3 outta 5. Service on this visit 5/5. Food 2/5 Drinks 3/5 (tasted okay, just hoped to feel a little warm after drinking that fishbowl of sugar and rum) Overall visit 3/5 Someday, this place will probably be a 4. The hostess and waitresses in the afternoon are so transparent to the fact they don't like elders..at all. I have never felt so embarrassed for these young females. They, too, will be old, invisible, and disrespected for absolutely no reason other than being of age. I love the food there but will not darken their doorstep nor pass my green ass money across their register again. We stopped in for dinner a couple of weeks ago. The table we were seated at was sticky and dirty. Food was not good, bland and boring. I noticed the person who seated us wiping down a table behind us with a dry cloth, so I'm sure it was dirty and sticky too. We won't be back. read more

Been a loyal customer since I moved here from Texas, usually go for dinner due to my work schedule and has always been a great place for me and my 2 young daughters. Unfortunately my most resent experience has made me second guess my favorite local restaurant, which was Applebees. Upon arrival my daughters and I were walking up to the doors from the back of parking lot by gated dumpster area we could hear several people laughing and then my youngest daughter pointed out a smell which to my knowledge was the smell of marijuana, we sat at our table and the menu I received was extremely sticky, when pointed out they just dismissed me like they didn't care, after placing our order we waited over 40 minutes, our waitress was super friendly and on top of our drinks so I don't believe it was due to her neglect, when we received our food my waitress was eating her burger and there was a long red hair at this point I was super frustrated, was going to speak to the manager the female with short brown hair, glasses and a thin build or who I believe was the manager as she had keys on her pant loop but I could not see her anywhere and did not want to take time from my waitress as her spirits were amazing despite how busy she was, so I left. when leaving I still heard a group of people and smelt marijuana by the dumpster as I was parked where we had to pass by so I tried to see if I could see the people and noticed. That the manager was back there with other employees, that is super unprofessional and maybe if she spent as much time inside as she did outside she would have noticed the wrongs and we could have had better experience like we usually do. read more

Went to this Applebee's restaurant to eat today because they advertised gluten free sensitive food alternatives. Ordered hamburger with gluten free fries. The waitress was rude but took our order. Waitress came back and said we don't have any gluten free fries their all cooked in the same grease. She also said they don't have anything gluten free there. I asked her why they had gluten free sensitive food in the menu. She I don't know so what do you want. So if you are allergic to gluten don't eat here, plus if you're looking for good service don't eat here. read more

First of all, our server was great. He was working his ass off while some girls in the office were taking selfies and laughing. There were dirty tables when we came in and they were only cleaned when we were just about to leave. The food was decent, it wasn't half bad. We had the Salmon and it was cooked through. The only real complaint I have is how long it took them to actually start cleaning the tables and doing their job. There were multiple tables left unclean for the duration we were here. Not tipping the people cleaning the tables. I'll personally tip the server. :/ read more

Ada Oklahoma Applebees has the worst service for dining in we stood at the door 15 minutes and got the cold shoulder. We finally found a server in the back of the restaurant and asked if we could seat ourselves. We waited more than 20 minutes and never saw a server or was asked for a drink order or even offered menus. We got up after 30 minutes and left. Called after leaving to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over 40 minutes. On the upside we did find a wonderful restaurant with great service called the BLUE MOON CAFE. Applebees does have good food, but the prices are so dang hi you can't enjoy your meal. I had alfredo pasta and bread sticks and it came something like $25, then you're expected to give a tip so it cost me $35 for an alfredo noodle and breadstick meal and that's with water. Not that Applebees is known for 'great' food but it's usually edible. Not this time. I ordered their new prime rib sandwich and the missus got ribs. Prime rib isn't supposed to be gray in color. The side of fries were cold and overcooked. The ribs were so dried out that the dogs had trouble eating them. I'd rather eat McDonalds. read more

It's a bit pricey with smaller portions. However the food is well prepared, the staff is friendly and usually the wait isn't too long. They have wonderful promotions such as 1/2 off appetizers after 9pm and often have a drink special that runs for a month such a $1 Rita's. The staff will also sing Happy birthday for your special day! The place is clean and the crowd can get a bit rowdy watching sports on the multiple televisions placed around the room. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Also if you're in a hurry or simply want a nice meal to go, you can order online or over the phone. Parking for pick up is right next to the door. read more

Went to Ada for my wife's ob/gyn. After we wanted some food and decided on Applebee's. My wife only wanted their artichoke dip and I ordered their brisket tacos. The dip was out almost immediately so I touched the bowl and found noticed how hot it was and was convinced it microwaved. Also one of the worst artichoke dips I ever tasted. My brisket tacos came out and upon lifting the first taco up. I noticed the amount of grease piling onto my plate. I drained every taco and had a puddle of grease. Not surprising I had the runs for the rest of the night. Won't be going back. read more

Went in for dinner one day and was pleasantly surprised! It was somewhat busy but I was addressed and seated straight away. My waitress was very pleasant and friendly and took my drink order almost immediately. I ordered a burger and fries and a salad. The service was very quick, which surprised me given the number of people there. The food was very flavorsome and fresh. The salad tasted great and the portions of all meals were spot on. I would be happy to eat here again. It far exceeded my expectations for a chain restaurant. read more

Good service. My wife ordered appetizer of boneless wings. Good not great. The pix had vegetables showing but they were not brought out. Waitress said she could get them for a charge. I had the Cajun spiced shrimp and chicken. Tried to order two sides per menu but waitress said the menu had misprint and I could only have one. I ordered the 4 cheese macaroni.
