We went through the drive thru to get a couple of sundaes. I ordered my usual - a two scoop turtle sundae and my husband ordered a 3 scoop vanilla strawberry ice cream sundae. For some reason I got a sundae that had some dry cake in the bottom of it, which was not what I ordered and my husband got a banana fudge thing, I'm not sure exactly what it was. Food was great..Just took forever to get. Staff making food was a bit stressed. Icecream was perfect! BUT someone please fix the door closer on the door staff uses to go in and out. It slamming is so annoying to staff I imagine too. They are trying thier best it looked like! read more

We went through the drive-through and the lady was rude from the start then we get up to the window and she has the wrong order so I asked her for the right order and she got mad went and grabbed the ice cream cone, broke it and threw it on top of the cup of ice cream that was supposed to be an ice cream cone and then she handed me the cup of ice cream and didn't hand me the two other ice creams so I asked her for them and she got really rude and told me not to yell at her, but all I did was ask for my ice cream... We had been shopping there for yogurt, ice cream, bread, etc. for some many months before we tried the restaurant. The first time the burgers were not made as well as other Braum locations. And there were LOTS of flies in the dining area. Over the months we would happen to be in the area around lunch time so we would stop in for the same meal. Again, the burgers were consistently sub-standard compared to other Braum locations. And then there were the omnipresent flies. I would normally give up on a place after even just a second disappointing visit, but again, it was just to get a quick lunch and get on with the day. Perhaps on the fourth or fifth visit, I mentioned the fly infestation to the cashier. She apologized for the flies and said she comes in every morning to spray them, but that new ones come in to replace them. I guess they are those dairy-loving flies I haven't heard about. I'll end this rambling review by saying that recently, either the order taker gets the order wrong or the meth head-looking cook gets the order wrong. Sub-standard burgers made incorrectly. And lots and lots of flies. That's a weak one star in my book. read more

Went to eat an early dinner yesterday, arrived and there was 1 customer ordering in front of me. No one knew what they were doing, it took over 15 minutes for them to take 1 order. I got tired of waiting and left. read more

They didn't wear gloves when they were scooping the ice cream nor did they ask what flavor we wanted. The counters were dirty. I had to repeat myself multiple times and the girl with long hair looked at me with a blank face and said "whaaat" like I was speaking a different language. A lady asked for a to go bag and the boy that was there in the front just tossed it to the elder lady not even apologizing or making sure it went into her hand. My boyfriend asked for a cup to put water in and there was another young man spraying cleaning solution at the girl, playing around. My boyfriend asked for another cup because the cleaning solution went into the cup and they seemed appalled that he even asked for a clean cup. Our drinks had chocolate fudge finger prints on them. Our food was "okay" could be better. Don't leave teenagers alone. Would rate 0 stars but it's forcing me to put One. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!! read more

The food has been good and the ice cream has been good as well,what has not been good is the service.The drive thru has gone down hill badly,really long waits at times and at one point they gave me my money back in the drive thru because I was in line for 30 mins for chicken strips,chicken strips!I don't know what's going on but they really have a staffing problem. read more

The hamburgers with mustard are very good if you like cheeseburgers with mayonnaise , apparently that is all they can make and don't try to confuse them with bacon . I live near and try again and again , my wife orders thinking I am unclear in my ordering but she must be unclear too . The food is good but it is never what you order. The help has a high rate of turnover . I'm not a fan ... but I will try again. read more

Good food, good service and about any ice cream treat you can think of. Their malts and shakes are good and reasonably priced.

Waited for 25 minutes for a single scoop of ice cream that we did not even get. Left after we watched an employee drop an ice cream scoop on the ground and then put it back with the rest of the ice cream scoops. Had to repeat myself multiple times when ordering. This place is decent if you go inside for ice cream. Their breakfast is terrible. Soggy buns, untoasted bagels, and very grumpy drive thru staff. They are very short and rude, makes you feel like you are putting them out by giving them your money. The service through the drive thru has ended our visiting of this place totally. read more

Two stars are for the food and the banana split. Cheeseburgers were made quick and were fantastic. Unfortunately the environment was hard to eat in. First of all the cashier the last two times just stares at you when you walk up to order. A hello how can I help you or what can I get for you would have been nice. The rest of the time while we were eating we had to listen to the loud annoying manager talk constantly to the employees. Barking orders and correcting them on how to do things. She was really loud the whole time. Maybe the headset was throwing off her ability to hear herself but something really needs to be said. I feel bad for her employees who were constantly barked at. There was only one 'good job' that I heard from her. The tables and condiment/drink area were filthy and were never attended the whole 40 minutes we were there. One window has really bad children's fingerprints on it that is my pet peeve. The parking lot had trash everywhere too, by the front door and all over the grass. read more

Had a bad experience in the drive thru. Lady working the drive thru window was very rude. Also this location seems to always be out of German Chocolate Ice Cream. I probably won't waste my $$ on this Braums again. read more
