Dr L then prescribed an overwhelming number of supplements (rather than finding supplements with multiple nutrients that were needed), that again cost a lot of money. I communicated that the plan was overwhelming and not going to work for us. She did not even try to keep us as a client. Needless to say we ended this relationship and lost a lot of money. She said she would mention it. 15 minutes later Dr. Hoenecke came to the door of the exam room. He stood at the door (not entering the room) and said. 'WE ARE A TEAM! IF YOU DON'T SEE HER... YOU DON'T SEE ME'. I was taken aback by his abrasivie, combative, uncaring statement. He never entered the room, never introduced himself, never tried to explain the situation. I immediately exited the room telling him he should make new patients aware of his strict policy. He told me if I didnt like it to call Administration, which I did. Mind you I drove 140 miles round trip for this nonsense.

I have been meaning to write this review for Dr. Giglio and Dr. Hovsepian a while now. I was a…read morepatient at IPSC about a year ago and I attended therapy for about 8 months. It was a really hard time and I had a lot of family issues to work out. I called here and the receptionist answered the phone and got me scheduled after making sure sessions would be covered, and calling me back with all the info on copays and coverage which I thought was really nice. My first appointment was with Dr. Hovsepian and I knew right away this office was a good place. She was awesome and I really liked her: warm, caring, and listened carefully and helped me figure out answers as to where I needed to go from there. I was initially bummed when she recommended I begin working with Dr. Giglio, another one of the doctors, however that disappointment was short lived and I understood her recommendation as soon as I met Dr. Giglio. From the first session, I felt that Dr. Giglio knew exactly what I needed. She listened and understood me. She is very caring and understanding. I learned so much about myself through her. She supported me, gave me practical skills to apply, and got me through some of the hardest times. Every time I walked out I had more confidence. I feel I owe a lot to this place. I now have skills and understanding of my thoughts and emotions. If you need help with any issue you will be well taken care of here.
