Hidden fees. Buyer beware! We agreed on a price and in the final paperwork after financing and everything was done the price of the home had gone up by $15 thousand. No one mentioned the price increase until we brought it up after reading the final paperwork. I guess they just hope people will sign it to avoid starting over with a new company. Not me. My family was buying this home that was already at a raised price due to lumber and supply shortage so we could modify it for our son with Cerebral palsy. They knew this, because we had a letter from texas children's hospital addressed to them in our file. Its sad that a company that claims to be all about helping people is really just money hungry. And yes i have screen shots of messages and emails between myself and this company. We locked in a price only to have it raised again by another $15k. The home was already on their lot and yet they claim its due to rising prices. Again, the price we agreed on was already $15k over what the home normally sold for before the lumber and supply increase. They raised the price again making it $30k over the normal selling value.
