Specialties
Brave Soul Therapy is an online group therapy practice serving teens and adults (ages 16+) across California. We specialize in trauma therapy, anxiety, addiction recovery, grief, life transitions, and religious or spiritual trauma. Our diverse team of licensed and pre-licensed therapists provides compassionate, inclusive care rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, parts work, EMDR, mindfulness, and inner child healing.
What makes us unique? We focus on emotional and spiritual wholeness, not just symptom relief. Our approach is affirming, relational, and grounded in deep presence. We welcome LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and size-inclusive clients, as well as those in 12-step recovery or seeking faith-based therapy.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to heal old wounds, Brave Soul Therapy offers a safe space to explore your story, build resilience, and reconnect with your authentic Self. We accept private pay and select insurance, including Medi-Cal. Therapy is 100% online and accessible throughout California.
History
Established in 2021.
Brave Soul Therapy was founded in 2021 after Felicia had her second child and felt called to build a values-driven practice centered on healing, sustainability, and inclusivity. With experience in substance use treatment, dual diagnosis, and integrated medical care since 2013, Felicia saw the need for whole-person mental health support. What began as a solo teletherapy practice has since grown into a group practice of compassionate, trauma-informed therapists serving teens and adults across California. Brave Soul Therapy continues to honor its roots in recovery, spirituality, and justice by offering accessible, relational care to those ready to heal and grow.
