It also comes with a salad. We also ordered the Potato Dumplings (Halusky) which brought memories of my trip to Slovakia a while ago. We also ordered some Pillsners Urkell to wash down our food. The schnitzel is a bit on the salty side so the Halusky, potato salad and salad provides a nice balance. The food took a very long time to arrive so that's something to be aware of. I'm not sure if it was a one off or if it's a regular occurrence. The food was worth the wait though. My advice will be to come as soon as they are open. The decor needs improvement but you are not coming here for the ambience. The food prices might seems expensive but when you compare it with the amount of food that you get, it's really not. There's parking at the back and the restaurant it's a bit lax about their opening time which is 5pm. We arrived at 5pm but needed to knock so they could open for us. It's in the same block as Dairy Cream so it was convenient for us. We did not finish our food as we were saving room for the ice cream. It's worth a visit if you are fan of schnitzels!

I loved the mushroom cream sauce that came with it. Plenty of mushrooms inside the roll as well. Also got two types of pierogies: cheddar and potato, and meat. Unfortunately they forgot to pack the sour cream so I couldn't experience the full experience. I dipped it into the cabbage roll mushroom sauce and it was still ok. The cheddar and potato was good but the meat one was dry.

It all comes on your plate with the schnitzel often being bigger than the dinner plate itself. Their nokedli (Hungarian dumpling) is a side dish too and it is tasty. Their cucumber salad is good too. The restaurant is family owned and the staff are very helpful. They do go out of their way to assist or help and make accommodations. The restaurant is tired looking and there is a smell when you first walk in but nothing too bad. We would like to go more often, but it's usually reserved for more special occasions given the price. We also tried a bunch of pastries, the best were the cherry (I think it was) triangle pastry with crystal sugar on it (flaky and still warm, so good) and the cinnamon roll (the right amount of sweet). The croissant had a lot of potential, flaky and buttery (not the typical bread shaped like a croissant that you find in other places), but it was a little under done in the middle so will have to try it again to give it another chance. The other pastries were nice, but not favourites. We enjoyed it and would get food from here again, or maybe try the restaurant some time.
