I made a mess of the rest of the donut. Sorry.

I came here for the donuts and the first bite was pleasantly satisfying! The texture and taste is perfect and even better with coffee. The texture is like mochi donuts, soft and chewy. The donut is dense! The chocolate dip is thick and adds a smooth texture, sweet enough for dessert but not sweet enough to give you a sugar crash. I'll be back for more!

Great new Italian bakery in the neighbourhood ~ fresh donuts, cookies, pies, danishes, cakes & more! I bought sugar chocolate cream filled donuts, lathe eclairs and blueberry cheese + strawberry cheese danishes on my 1st visit ~ fresh and not overly fried or sugary. Apparently donuts disappear quick, so get there early. For such an early start, they already have plenty of repeat patrons. Happy to see them there & will be back

The donuts are great, they have one of the best chocolate dip donuts, fluffy and a bit chewy, the chocolate cover is rich but not overly sweet.

SOLID good, smaller Italian bakery with friendly service! The bakery itself is located in a residential area in N Etobicoke, in a small strip plaza. Along the back wall, there is a small deli counter with cold cuts and some sandwiches/square slices of pizza. On the longer wall is the bakery stuff with a small, hot table, a glass showcase with donuts, some pastries in the front window, and loaves of bread on the back. I found the staff helpful and friendly! The young man even described the different textures of the bread which I thought was very helpful in my decision making. I picked up a handful of baked goods and the standouts was a sugar twist - I never get this, but the girl who worked there said it was a popular item - and the lobster tail. Lobster tail was quite small though, but the crispy, flaky pastry was fresh and delicious! I never got any donuts, but if it's the same dough as the sugar twist, they'd probably be good to! Dough was light, airy, and it didn't taste heavy to me. I didn't really like pistachio cannoli, the cream was too heavy and almost an icing-like thickness. Much too heavy. None of their items were too sweet which I liked! One thing that would be great is if there were signs for their Café Menu/Desserts/Pastries availability with prices. There was only 1 sign with the kinds of cold cuts that were available.

I also had a tuna melt sandwich ; loved every bite of it. The great thing was I could take my food back to where I was working. The service was good. I did have to wait a little but the place was busy, so that was fine. The cafe is up the elevators. So you'll have to park and actually make your way up there. No problem if you're going to the co-working space but could be a hassle if you are trying to be in and out quick. Though it is a really good cafe that one should try! You can also get a free parking pass so you don't have to pay for parking. Honestly, there was so many other things I wanted to try so next time I'm in Etobicoke, I'll have to do a quick stop. A definite must try place!

The back room has beautiful views of the city and provides a quiet, comfortable atmosphere that's perfect for getting work done. The quality of the beverages is excellent, and the sandwiches were very fresh and flavorful. I tried the pistachio matcha, which was delicious with a rich pistachio flavor, although I found it a little on the sweet side. The only downside is that the prices are on the higher end, but the quality and atmosphere help make up for it. Tip: Be sure to ask the staff for the code for free parking before you leave. It makes visiting much more convenient.

The owner and the barista working (apologies, I forgot to get your names) when I arrived were super nice and friendly. Answered all of my questions thoroughly with a friendly smile and interacted with every customer that came after me in the same manner. They were super quick, despite it getting a bit busy at times. Ambiance: Adorable decor with a good amount of seats! There is wifi (if you choose to stay a bit to study or work, which is permitted) and outlets for your convenience. The interior is modern with a lovely red theme--you could tell that the owner loves this cafe! If you're worried about parking, theres plenty of free parking in the back. TLDR: Absolutely loved everything from the friendly owner and barista to the amazing food and drink. Will definitely be coming back to study and sip on a good drink. If you're in the area or live nearby, definitely stop by and say hi! It looked like a place that has not changed in many decades- so it had a vintage vibe. During my visit, it was quite busy as it was just after 12 noon on Saturday. I read that this place has very good pastries, so that is what I decided to purchase. There were two friendly ladies working behind the counter, so I called one of them to ask for help. She informed me that each item is priced by weight, so after confirming the prices, I purchased three cannolis (three different flavours) and one cream-filled doughnut. Then she let me know that I can pay for them at the checkout close to the exit. After paying for the items, I brought them home to try with my husband. We enjoyed both items- however, if we had to pick our favourite, it would be the cannolis. The exterior was so crunchy (and very satisfying) and the filling was smooth and creamy. Each flavour had the right amount of sweetness to satisfy our cravings! The doughnut was good- it had the smooth and creamy custard filling, but the dough tasted a bit hard (so it was not as pillowly as we thought). The next time I am in the area, I look forward to checking out their other items. If you are in this area, support local and check out this family-owned bakery!

Unfortunately,…read morethe desserts have been disappointing and did not meet the same standard as the rest of the food. My biggest concern, however, is the customer service. The staff working in the food area appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming. During my visit, the employee at the deli handled my sliced mortadella carelessly, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. The cashier also lacked basic customer service skills--there was no greeting, no smile, and no "thank you" at the end of the transaction. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customer-facing staff represent the business and set the tone for the customer experience. Good food can bring people in, but poor service can make customers think twice about returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving the overall customer service experience.
