Due to a construction mishap on a new build on the property behind us, our fence line was broken. I noticed the alarm immediately and called into to DogWatch to figure out next steps. I left a message and within 20 minutes, Sarah was on the phone scheduling a technician to come out and get the repair diagnosed and fixed. Initially, it was going to be a week or so before someone could come out that was fine, no worries for me. But Sarah was on top of things working with reschedulings and cancellations and was able to get someone out really fast! Our technician, Cody texted me, letting me know he would be there in approximately 45 minutes. He was right on time, we talked briefly about where I thought the issue was, and Cody was off to work.
