Deceitful, poor communication, disrespectful of your time, unprofessional and petty. Our neighborhood unfortunately chose them as our HOA. They are slow or don't respond at all to emails. I asked for zoom meetings when the pandemic first started and got the cold shoulder, it says conference calls are allowed in the bylaws. When they do respond they lie and make false promises, luckily I keep all communications. We tried setting up a time for a call to sort out their error but instead of answering my calls or just leaving an apology on my voicemail they decided to be petty and play phone tag for 2 weeks so I gave up. My wife is in a high risk pregnancy and I have no time for foolishness. If this is how it is for just an HOA, I can't imagine what a nightmare it would be like to have them manage property or rent from them. read more

If I could rate this with 0 stars I would ! I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from Aspire. We rented with them last year for a year & 5 months in we discovered mold , they came out , but the mold came back a few months later, & our apartment became infested with mold, covering our belongings , in the cabinets & in the air . We contacted them & they yet to do anything about it, we haven't lived in our home since the beginning of October. They are a horrible & sneaky company who don't care about their tentants , the landlord stopped responding to my calls. They still want us to pay rent although we haven't been there in a month!!! Edit: you guys are liars, once you were made aware of the issue you started avoiding us, not answering texts or phone calls. You never asked for the mold report or tried to resolve the issue. You most likely rented that apartment knowing you had a prior issue, one air vent is not going to cause a whole apartment to become filled with mold. read more

I give them one star because they were nice to speak during the leasing process. However, repair issues noted on leasinG n walk through weRe not fixed by time I movEd in. Emailed landlOrd. After several days, They explained they are not responsible for maintenance n must go to maintenance portal. Unfamiliar with portal as I had just moved in. Also difficult to locate portal. 2 1/2 months later items still not fixed n the shower was now leaking n spraying everywhere n damaging wall. No response! Also place not clean when moved in, dead roaches in heating unit closet. They are very unresponsive and/or no response to renter issues. I would not recommend them or at leasT advise caution n be prepareD if you do lease from them read more

I see the company name has changed from Aspire to Bravo but the people have not. I am so thankful that our lease ended when it did so we wouldn't have to deal with this useless people. My family and I have brought our own house when our leased ended. I know before they sold houses as well but please do not buy or rent anything associated with them. ***Read until the END*** (This is my 1st review, but I felt compelled to help out my fellow consumers) If you're having second thoughts, trust your GUT! I am a former tenant of ARM. Just like you I read the reviews and had my doubts about doing business with this company. Needless to say, I needed a place quick and the location was nice and convenient. However I do NOT recommend that anyone ever do business with this "company". The signs were there from the beginning, bear with me as I elaborate: Strike 1: Moving in Brian Cartwright took my deposit, application fee, etc. and never gave me a move-in date. The townhome I was renting needed a new stove (the other was lifted up and literally falling apart!). After a month of going back and forth trying to establish a move-in date I requested my money back. My lease with my apartment was ending soon and I had nowhere to go. Once I asked for my money back he suddenly had a sense of urgency. Cleaning prior to move in? It's just his wife doing spot-cleaning here and there with products you can get from Walmart or the Dollar Tree. Strike 2: Maintenance Issues There is no true maintenance worker that comes to solve issues. There's a family "handy-man" that drops in if you request. I was having trouble with the upstairs sink that he came out twice to fix. The problem was never resolved and I received an alarmingly high water bill. I asked them to pay for it since I brought it to their attention to fix TWICE. After that they hired a professional maintenance worker. SMH, the lack of urgency on behalf of the tenant is disgusting. Strike 3: Condition of the Rental Property ARM is only interested in profiting off of these rental properties. They don't care if it's a complete DUMP as long as they get their cut. Another reason I chose not to renew my lease because the townhome was so old and outdated and they had no plans on improving it. The flooring, countertops, shower tiling (YUCK!), carpet, etc. needed attention and they were not hearing it. Although they made no improvements they had the audacity to list the rental on Zillow at $850/month...I paid $795 (before water/sewage). What was the additional cost per month for? Strike 4: (MUST READ!) Security Deposit! The reason I am writing this review after all that I have dealt with with this "company" is that I have yet to receive my SECURITY DEPOSIT! After doing a move-out inspection Brian agreed to refund me my entire deposit because I left the place spotless!!! I moved out on April 30th and it is July 3rd. I still don't have my money! They claim that it was lost in the mail at times, and when I finally received it, my bank did not cash it because their account had INSUFFICIENT FUNDS!!!!!! I was charged a fee and went to the office several times. I am looking into legal action at this time because I know if I were to ever be late on my rent (NEVER happened, NOT ONCE) they will charge me all types of fees. I went to the office after receiving a call that a new check was ready....went there and the girl at the front said to wait on cashing it because other people have been complaining about checks STILL bouncing! Do yourself a favor, find a place with someone else. These people know nothing about professionalism and customer service. update from earlier.......renting at sonya lane. been renting since feb and this is the worst company i have ever rented from. i was relieved to have found a place quickly because of my job but i should have known that something was up. this place is not worth the money i pay for it, it needs a lot of upgrades. my townhouse in fl was way nicer and 175 dollars cheaper. after i signed my lease, there were "stipulations" that were not outlined in my lease at all. what honest company that you know of comes to you after you have already signed your lease and says, "oh by the way..." ? they make me pay a monthly garbage fee when they don't even provide us with trash service. the county picks up our garbage and taxes us at the end of the year. i felt like we lived in the housing projects for a while, these people were in the apartment almost every week it seems like. i hate that, because i was in here asleep and they just walk in making all kinds of noise. i had a water leak for a couple months and that's how long it took them to fix it. my water bill was $200 a month. the last three times the property manager and his associates came out to my apartment, i told him about the leak but nothing was done. why do you people even ask me if everything is working well in the apartment if you don't plan to do anything about what isn't working well? so someone came to "fix" the toilet that was leaking...not even a few days later, it started doing the same thing. so now my water heater is out and my sink is stopped up and leaking at the same time because the garbage disposal is not working. someone came out to look at these most current issues and fixed the toilet again (hopefully). but the garbage disposal and water heater need replaced. i was told that i would be notified the next day about the status of these being replaced, but i have not been. it's been two days. two days may not seem like a lot but it is when you have to struggle to wash dishes and take baths with a broken water heater and stopped up sink!! i called aspire realty, but of course no answer. left a message, sent an email. we'll see how well this works out. i was already skeptical after the extra fees and i have had it with this rental company. my sister said she saw this property and kept driving, i wish i had done the same. i would never recommend this property or this rental agency to anyone. i am counting down the months... read more
