Trying to directly communicate with the contractors while they are busy with other projects can be impossible. In addition to completing some of the work, Jennifer kept us informed and updated throughout the process. Upon completion of the work, there were a few things that we noticed that weren't quite up to our standards. We notified them and they were rectified quickly. They want the customer to be ultimately satisfied.

Some of the work, to be specific: * Installed third AC Unit to our RV (Game Changer) during the summer. * Replaced both bathroom sink faucets. * Replaced our front LED light - it stopped working. * Replaced our propane lines. * Replaced an electrical breaker. * Repaired our sewer line - bracket broke loose. * Repaired existing AC unit. NOTE: When the micro-burst hit our Good Shepherd RV Park and many RV's were blown over, some were twisted and blown together - This team was the primary source for cleaning and assisting the wreckage back to normal. FROM, immediately after the storm until the park was completely cleared. Last night 09/05/2025: Our park was hit with high winds and quick bursts of extreme high wind. Our unit is over 40' long and heavy. Very heavy. We have three extra large propane bottles. The wind hit our unit (THANK YOU, JESUS -we weren't home but were in communication with people who were at home in their RVs and both families indicated the wind was worse than the micro burst from a few months ago). This storm blew our unit off its blocks and moved the unit at least three feet and knocked over all three extra heavy propane bottles and the wind blew over the Honda Gold Wing. There are three men on the Rhino team. I called Zach at around 10:00 PM to please help us. Zach and his team were there shortly afterwards and got my RV back level and everything safe - two slides needed adjusted and the unit reset to level. These guys can do anything related to an RV and they can be trusted with any task. Call them for assistance and help. They stay busy doing something - rarely are they not helping someone. If a score could be greater than 5 Star, they have earned it.
