I had David & his team out this week to change the accent color on my entire exterior. David & his team were prompted, professional, detailed, and friendly. They spent 3 days and the work was flawless. He even painted some items that were not previously painted helping to pull together the overall look. I bought a 20 year old 3800 sq ft house that had been neglected for years as well as it had red and yellow paint through out . First off , let me say that David was so patient with me . I did not know what I wanted or what to do 1st. He guided me through the entire process with absolute honesty and full explanation for each repair and options I had . He offered a price for the lowest possible on paint on up to other options going up in price from all over one color to trim base board in contrasting color and more . He did an excellent job priming first so that those bold colors were fully covered. The bathroom to kitchen cabinets sanded and painted so amazingly they look brand new! He replaced the old vanity tops all the fixtures , all the toilets , new tile in bathrooms, including pulling out a tub to make a shower instead in a small bathroom with in my small budget with unexpected issues in plumbing he went out of his way to make the step up from the enclosure we could not use to tile possible . New carpet all new light fixtures and fans , not to mention He took care of exterior repairs , window sealing to replacing garage doors . Remodeled the dinning room and closed off wall and built large pantry out of the butlers pantry . He does it all. If he can't . he know someone that can . I can't not emphasize enough how having one person take care of all of this made my life easier . He is trustworthy and stands by his work . He beat the price of two other companies and I'm thrilled with the quality of work . I have more work to do and I will be hiring David Lopez for sure ! THANKS DAVID . David's Remodeling has been outstanding. We have used them for multiple projects in our home. They did a fantastic job on a complete gut and overhaul master bathroom as well as a gut and complete overhaul laundry room. Have also used them for custom closet cabinetry. They are so easy to work with and accommodating to ensure the job was done to our liking, even being flexible when we changed our mind on what we wanted a few times. Can't say enough nice things. David Lopez, owner of David's Remodeling, is a rarity. He is a skilled craftsman of complete integrity. His prices are reasonable, his work is always top quality and he always delivers what was agreed upon. We met David when he was recommended to us in 2019 to make urgently needed repairs of damage to our house after tornado / storm damage. Terrific work at a fair price when industry price gouging was common. We have used him a couple of times since for remodeling projects, e.g., House painting, bathroom repair, deck/fence staining, door repair, etc., etc., etc. He and his crews are always in high demand so you'll have to wait in line but you will be gratified by the results he delivers. read more

This company was recommended by a roofing company to repair water damage to a ceiling in my home. (T-Rock Roofing) They arrived on time, I explained everything that needed to be done, and they started their work. After 10 hours on the job, they packed up to leave, without completing all necessary repairs. By the next morning the texturing on the ceiling began to crack & flake. It was obvious they rushed the work & didn't allow the texture to dry before painting. I had to call them to come back to fix the ceiling & finish the trim work they didn't do the first time. Everything seemed fine after their 2nd time out, but the ceiling has developed cracks in the texture again. Plus the paint they used on the ceiling doesn't cover the seams very well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using this company. read more
