Russ stated they had some equipment damage the day prior to my original appointment and he felt that was what caused the problem with the dirty water not being sucked out. As before, they arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They re-cleaned everything and added a deodorizer this time and it did dry in just a little over a day. Although the carpet is now clean, it still has a slight odor to it that I hope will fade in time. I believe Russ did everything he could to try and make the situation better and I appreciate his efforts.

Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Large areas looked completely untouched. Two items in my home were broken during the service. When we contacted customer service, the response was rude and dismissive toward my wife. Instead of taking responsibility, the only solution offered was to pay them more money to come back and fix their own work. They also hide behind a strict 24-hour reporting policy. If you don't report issues within that window, they won't help. For a move-out clean, that's completely unreasonable. Most people won't catch damage or missed work that quickly. It feels like a policy designed to avoid accountability rather than support customers. Between the poor quality of work, broken items, and unprofessional customer service, this experience felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this company.
