Had my mother's apartment carpeting cleaned today by Greg. What a nice experience. He called just before arriving and showed up on time. He was very professional, friendly, considerate and efficient. He stuck to the quote we were given without any pressure to add-on extras. He moved some furniture by himself (that was difficult for me to move because I'm a heart patient.) Without a doubt, the best value for your dollar. As Tracey K said, there was no pressure for extra add-ons. The carpet looks marvelous. As I showed them the rooms we were paying to get done, he asked if we wanted one extra area done as well, as it was quite dirty. I responded by saying I'd love to, but it wasn't on the list this time. He couldn't leave without cleaning the spot that was a huge eyesore. At no extra charge, no less! I recently hired Christian Carpets to come clean my carpets. I heard about them via Reach magazine. They did 7 areas for 120.00. That was an okay deal compared to other ads that I looked at. The guys were very friendly and professional. They showed up right on time, and it only took them like an hour but the results were amazing. Since I purchased my house a little over a year and a half ago I've had a big dark stain in my family room, and another one in my office. They got up both stains and the carpets look better than ever. I should have had this done a long time ago. Another thing I loved about them were that they didn't try to sell me anything. Most places I hire to do something to my house always try to talk me into buying stuff that I don't need. My aunt warned me that when she had her carpets cleaned (by someone else) they tried to talk her into buying deodorizers and other services. These guys did only what I asked them to, and then before leaving told me about their other services and said if we referred them to someone else, we'd get 10% off our next cleaning. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of carpet/ furniture cleaning. read more

After getting several quotes, Christian Carpet was hands down the best price in the area. They've cleaned our carpets three times over the course of about 15 months (pets make regular carpet cleanings a necessity!), and there's no reason to go anywhere else. Not only is the price incredibly reasonable, they do a great job. There's no pressure to up the price by adding sanitizing or deodorizing if you're not looking for it (though I've had both done at different times and it's a great service as well). Do NOT use Christian Carpet. They're incredibly dishonest. They straight up lied to us about their pricing for the protective treatment. They charged us more for the treatment than it cost to have ALL of our carpets cleaned and they didn't give us the actual price until AFTER they treated. Total scam. We called and spoke with their office on multiple occasions but they were of no help and told us that the owner refuses to speak with customers. Nice management! STAY AWAY from this company. My carpets were filthy, FILTHY. I recently moved in with my boyfriend who has lived 9 years as a bachelor and his carpet proved it! They were able to work me in on the date that worked best for us and gave us a great quote over the phone. The tech arrived exactly when he said he would and got to work. Lets just say that two hours later, my carpets are cleaner than i thought possible. It looks AMAZING. He did two sets of stairs, two bedrooms, hallway, dining room and living room and also cleaned and sanitized our sectional for hundreds less than competitors.
