I went in with upper back pain hoping for some relief, but instead they simply did a couple scans and x-rays and then sent me on my way. When I came back 4 days later, they showed me the results and asked me to sign up for 24 sessions. When I indicated a desire to simply address my current pain, which is neither serious nor long-standing in nature, they explained very nicely that they can't accommodate that sort of basic adjustment. So despite two visits, I received no therapeutic help. Prospective customers may love their business model, but it should be clear in advance to patients that you will not be adjusted on a first visit and perhaps not even on a second visit unless you agree to a long-range plan. Having said that, they seem like nice guys and if you're looking for multiple visits a week over the course of many months, this could be perfect for you.
