They treated my yard for insects and assured me that it would take care of my problem. A week later I called and was told they'd send someone. The tech tells his manager that he re-treated but told us it was too wet to treat. Had to call again for the re-treat that never happened. I was told that they can't keep sending people out and that I need monthly service. I will never use them again. read more

I had brays for pest control and they were good, however I signed up for lawn services and they were terrible. No weeds ever really died after 4 months of service. A supervisor stopped by and saw the weeds hadn't died and said they must of not thought that was part of my yard. Two weeks latter and none has come back to spray them. I called and left message no callback. I canceled, then a manger called to see why, he left a message as I wasnt home. I called back he was busy, never heard from them again. Laid 22 pallets of sand grown St. Augustine and had Bray's doing service from day one.....even took precautions to treat soil prior to installation. Lost areas to fungus ...nut sedge...crabgrass. none of which were in sod. They were great at excuses though....now paying nearly double with Massey and they aren't much better.... If I could give it a negative 100 stars that would be kind. Brays Pest Control was a very dishonest company. They lied, stated on their slips that there was no evidence of bugs in the lawn when it was full of bugs. I have tried to get a refund from this company since November 2019, have spoken to sevceral people - They stated they would call you back - they needed to do research, however you never heard back from anyone. then they were bought out by Bug Out. The same issues - no one calls you back, they blam it on their turn over of employees. A very piss poor way of doing business. Now after 2 years, they tell me that they will not issue a refund as it was Bray's account and the fact they say the refund was processed in December 2019 however no one at either Bray's or Bug Out could tell me who cashed the check and it was less than half of what was owed back to me. So I guess their moto should be " SCREW THE CUSTOMER". read more

Very bad customer service, signed up for monthly service they said if you see a bug the next day call us and we will be out to respray for free . I did and now they're trying to charge me For the re-spray, went into the office told them and they said they did not care, they said the owner would call me well they never did . Don't get suckered into the yearly contract. Josh will tell you that you can cancel at any time and then claim he never said that. When I attempted to cancel in writing, the crazy secretary ran out to my car to confront me and threw the letter back in my face. The few months services we received brought more roaches and spiders than I had before calling them. Whatever they use I swear attracts the bugs and not kills them. BUYER BEWARE. The poor technician guy who time was wasted by being sent to my house for monthly service after we canceled stated we were not the always ones who signed for yearly servicing with the option to cancel and then get shafted when we tried to do so. Brays Pest Control IS Horrible !!!! don't use them you're going to regret it ..they suposedly inspected my home and they didn't tell me there was horrible bugs on the outside of my home ...they did not disclose it on report... the next day I saw all kinds of bugs everywhere crawling on my home and when I called them they said I have to pay a lot of money$$$$ ????? if I want them out ????? !!! Im elderly and worried snd they are very unprofessional very bad very rude!!!! I called other companies at least four of them and they all said the same thing....that BRAYS are horrible and MANY PEOPLE HAVE terrible complaints about them... Bray's has serviced my lawn for nearly 6 years and they use to do a good job. However, in the last year their service has gotten worse and worse. I complain and they always have an excuse, but after returning from an extended absence of two months the weeds are everywhere and there are large dead patches in the yard. They are also increasing their fees. I doubt if they are using any chemicals when they show. They are the worst now! read more

I was caring for my lawn for over a year and I had it PERFECT! I had to leave town for a few months and turned the lawn care over to Bray's Pest Control. After paying them monthly for 4 months, I returned to find my lawn was 25% dead, 50% weeds and the other %25 was ok because my neighbor took care of it. I called Bray's and they provided me the following....EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES! Please take my word on this, if you want to keep your lawn, do not hire them. read more

I have been a user of Bray's service for four or five years. The last two years the inspector has told me there are problems in my attic they should service. This year it was a rodent problem. They quoted a price of $910.00 to trap, remove the rodents, and provide ongoing service for one year so no more come in. Two neighbors inspected my attic and found no signs. These gentlemen are very experienced in home maintenance issues. Two other neighbors also use Bray's and have been sold services they probably did not need. I think the inspectors are encouraged to sell services to single and/or elderly customers. In my opinion this is taking unfair advantage of senior citizens. When my contracts run out I will not review with them. read more
