A hidden gem can be found inside the Marriott Hotel in Brooklyn Park. The food and service here are…read moretop notch! We ordered the wings and requested the Tennessee hot sauce. The sauce had a nice kick and was perfect for our liking! The Brussels sprouts were crispy, and the flavors were unique and delicious. I'm not usually a fan of blue cheese, but the combination of all the seasonings was one of the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had! The ribeye was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The staff informed us that the steaks are always fresh, never frozen, and I could definitely taste the difference when I took the first bite. The staff were friendly and provided amazing service!

Saturday, July 26, 2025…read more I had a very nice salad from the restaurant last night. Ordered from the bar. Bartender was pleasant and chef happened to be there too, and we had a nice conversation. I'm staying here for a dance event that goes into the early morning hours. The website clearly indicates that the restaurant is open until midnight. It's a little after 11 pm and I planned to order a meal and have it later when I got back to my room. I am giving it only 2 Stars because the hours on the website are WRONG. Really? It's a Saturday night and the only restaurant in the Marriott closes at 10:00 pm!!! I do not have a car, so I cannot even go out for food now. Very disappointed and totally screwed up my plans for the evening. This can't be the only time someone has been very inconvenienced because the Marriott or Wadsworth is completely unaware that their website does not have correct hours listed. I could understand, MAYBE, if it were the dead of winter. It's the summer. Wake up, do better.

Food 5/5: my favorites were the tomato soup with sandwich and I am still dreaming of the carrot cake and potatoes. Overall all of the food was well balanced and so flavorful. Service 5/5: this place is an experience! Service was great, we were well taken care of and attended to. Ambiance 5/5: I really liked the inside space. We were at tall barstool to be bellied up to the bar/chefs. Overall if you're looking for an experience tasting menu and are ok with whimsical aspects, this is your place! This is not a sit down and then bring food to you and leave you alone. It's constant interaction, and is an absolute blast. One note, there is some alcohol included in the normal tasting menu price. I got the wine flight on top of that, but my friend did not and there was still a specific wine/drinks list included for all.

The atmosphere and vibe of the place is very energetic, so if you're more of an introvert/don't like talking to strangers, it might not be for you! The service was amazing! They were great at accommodating our dietary restrictions and explaining what we were eating. The food itself was also very good. Each member of my family had their own favorite dish out of the dozen courses. Also, I didn't know this but the drinks were all-inclusive (which definitely helps us all have a bit more fun and enjoyment). I took off a star because the seating arrangement was a bit awkward and from my seat, I couldn't see anything that was going on around me. I think it's just the nature of the group size that I went with, but it did still feel a bit weird.

The service was appropriately lowkey and prompt. Their food might seem a bit expensive, but their portions are generous. The fries were reminiscent of McDonald's fries in the best way, just fresher and crispier! We tried the Parlour burger and the chicken sandwich, both of which were simple but delicious.

Each…read morebeef patty is much thinner now than it used to be so the outter edge crisp is somewhat all throughout the patty being that thin. This makes the burger really chewy and you really can't taste the beef anymore like you used to when it was thicker. I would take this as it's not as good as it used to be. It is not as good as the original hype from the beginning. In conclusion, I do not think it's worth the $19. I rather get a cheesesteak for $16 at Tono's which comes with fresh not burnt fries rather than come back here and get a burger here. It's highly unlikely I will be back here. I honestly feel like the burgers have gone way WAY downhill. The fries here have gotten terrible so I stopped getting the fries a long time ago. They are not soft crisp like they used to be. They are too golden brown color, almost like burnt hard fries. I never like to eat down here. I normally would order the Parlour burger upstairs. The basement part which is Parlour has a weird smell like a locker room smell so that's why I don't like to eat down here.
