The estheticians at that place are unprofessional and perverts . They don't protect your modesty like all the other places ! They leave you completely exposed even if it's not necessary! One waxer Jesse B is the worst. . She talked about my privates parts with other waxers. The news came back to me from another esthetician at the next appointment. Absolutely fantastic people. I am on vacation and will be doing my sons wedding in a week. Needed my eyebrows and lip waxed so we stopped in after eating at restaurant next door. The receptionist was very nice said she could get me in at 1:30 so my wife and I were gonna wait however there was a specialist named Heather and she said I will just go ahead and take you back. Had an absolute wonderful experience. Very professional and very talented. I wish I didn't live 6 hours away I would definitely be a regular. Staff was super nice and the building is beautiful and clean. With that being said, let me preface this by saying I hadn't been waxed in years. I bought trimmers and I told myself once those died, I'd go back to getting waxed. (I was tired of spending the money.) When my technician started waxing, I was baffled. Last time I had it done, the lady did smaller sections and it honestly didn't hurt that bad. This time... honeeyyy!!!! I was sweating, I couldn't stop my legs from shooting straight out and I damn near bit my tongue off. She did HUGE sections. And by sections I mean, the whole top at once, each side all at once and the butt all at once. Wax was literally IN my butt. She also got it on my clit. This is not a joke. I was horrified. She was ripping these huge sections and I figured that's why it was hurting so bad. At the end, she asked if I wanted her to pluck what few hairs were left and I told her I would do it. I was just hurting so bad that I didn't even care. I'd go home and pluck the ten hairs myself after my lady-bits were no longer on fire. She then explains that all the hairs left are there because it had been so long since I'd been waxed. Didn't make sense to me but okay. Whatever. At this point I'm just so thankful I decided to switch to just a Brazilian and not have my legs and armpits done, too. I get home and look at the damage. I could not believe the amount of hair that was left on the top. It looked like some small areas had been waxed, some had been shaved and the rest was just left alone. The lip area was smooth if I felt it in one direction but if I went in another I could feel the roots still in there! It was already prickly! Fast forward to less than three weeks later, and here I am with ALL OF THE HAIR grown out. Saddest looking Quarantine Vagina on the beach! What I figure is that the reason it was so painful was because the wax was just ripping my hair off, not out. The roots were left. I have had itchiness (which I never had with waxing the dozen times I went prior) and in-grown hairs. Overall, I would not recommend. Again, the staff was super nice and my technician was very professional and sweet. The results were not worth the money or the pain. I will be taking my Lady Taco elsewhere when businesses are open again. read more

I chose the name Lily for my time slot, and what a pleasure it was to have her!! She had me at ease within no time with her pleasant demeanor and knowledge of skin care and products. I usually don't type reviews. So the fact that I'm doing this is telling. To keep this to the point... I visited to get a full body wax. My hair has fully grown back in less than a week. The service costed me $90. Unacceptable. I also had to go back the next day because when I got home and looked at my inner thigh. It was the same amount of hair I walked in with. Technique technique technique is OFF at this location. Before I moved to the area I went to a WBA back home and never had these issues. When I called back, she said it's because I took too long in between my waxes. I only went a week extra. Even when I went longer at the other location... it never grew back this fast. Staff was nice and friendly. But black women & women with thick hair. Please avoid. (Also, for those COVID concerned... they don't wear masks properly in the location). read more

The staff was very nice and the salon itself was clean however the technique used for waxing was not very good. When I came out to my car and looked closely it almost looked like my eyebrows were barely touched. The top of my brows were not trimmed, there were many stray hairs still under and above my brow, I actually had to pluck almost half of my eyebrow while still in the parking lot. Again, very nice staff but not a great service. It also seemed like my skin around the brow was waxed not my brow itself. read more

I have been to this waxing place for the past two owners, but not for Brazilian wax by Andreia. I'm a local so I know of the other places around but they couldn't fit me in their schedule as soon as this place could. I had to wait about 15 minutes after I arrived for my appointment, but it was worth it. I had Emily and she did an outstanding job. I don't write reviews a lot but when I do I feel it's necessary. I'm a picky clean person when it comes to places like this and I recommend it. read more
