She had a haircut with Rhysa and color with Anna. We came prepared with a reference photo and discussed everything thoroughly beforehand. I made it clear twice that the bangs should be cut at an angle--not straight across. Despite that, Rhysa cut them bluntly, completely disregarding our request. On top of that, the back of the haircut has an awkward, very short top layer with about 2.5 inches before the next, creating a noticeable and uneven gap. I wasn't offered a seat to observe, so I had no opportunity to step in during the cut. The color was equally disappointing. We asked for significantly lighter highlights--subtle and blended, not stripey. After four hours and $250, there was virtually no difference in color. It looked almost exactly the same as when we arrived. I submitted a complaint and was told they'd offer a cleanup on the haircut--but only with the same stylist who botched it, and nothing would be done about the color. I declined. We won't be returning, and I'll be sharing our experience with others. I'm sure there are talented stylists at Baddhare, but when a salon dismisses a customer's concerns and offers no meaningful resolution, it's time to take your business elsewhere.
