I really wanted to like this place and initially I did. I tried them to make sure I had no allergic reactions to the wax or anything used and I did not. When making my second appointment online I saw the Specials page (picture attached) and requested the buy 5 get 1 free for each chest and back. Upon arriving I asked them about this and they said they would handle it after the appointment. When the services were rendered I went back to the front desk only to be told that the special did not apply to the services I had received (something that should have been noted up front but wasn't). Supposedly it only valid on Brazilians. This is not clear at all. The receptionist said I should reach out to management but that they were unavailable. The best way to reach out was via email on the website. I reached out the same day. Fast forward about 3 weeks. I received a call today asking to confirm my appointment. I asked about the packages, and my email that had not been returned, to which point the receptionist said we told you last time to reach out to management. I explained to her that I had not received a reply and I did not feel comfortable moving forward yet. She again told me to contact management. I asked to speak to management and how I could get in touch. She told me you can't, they are busy. I said okay then please cancel my appointment. I hear FINE and then the line went dead. I was able to find online that the main store is located in Franklin, TN and that they also have one other location in Nashville in addition to their newest location in Murfreesboro. I called and asked to speak to a member of management and was told that they were busy but at this location. The receptionist here was very apologetic and helpful. She even called me back after the owner did not. For this place to claim to be Christianity based I am appalled at how they treat the customers. I have yet to receive a call from any member of management. read more

I am ecstatic they finally opened a location here in town. This place is located in the center of town, on medical center pky. It's in a strip mall, besides T-mobile. Once you enter, it's beautifully decorated just like the other two locations. It's very clean and has a open floor plan. Each room, is cozy and makes you feel comfortable. Not like the usual waxing place. Feels like home. They are the cheapest in town! I don't know why other places actually charge you an arm and leg. This place, is affordable in a way, your able to get more done. Very professional people and owners and they are experts on what they are doing. Don't hesitate, this is the best and only place anyone should be going to. I'm glad, I don't have to drive to Brentwood anymore just for my waxing. read more

I got waxed June 1st by Cassie. She's super sweet and has a great personality but her waxing isn't where it needs to be. She got wax stuck on my vagina lip and had to get another associate to come rip it off of me. This is not my first time getting waxed but i'm for sure it will be my last. i've never endured so much pain as i did today. multiple times she could not get the wax off and was steady having to sit there and constantly rip at my skin. They do a good job here and it was really fast and clean-- however, There are a few things that struck me as odd and made the experience less than 5-stars. First being that Christian music was playing in every room, there isn't a problem with Christian music; but I find it very odd and almost traumatic for Christian music to be playing while I'm having my vagina and butthole waxed. I just don't really want to be touched in between the legs to Christian music playing...ever. Second, the employees were nice but the lady I had, While very professional, was hard to talk to and made me feel uncomfortable. I tried chit chatting but it never really got past normal small talk, she didn't think my jokes were funny (which is also fine). All about selling more products and services. I walked into Brazilian wax studio and the vibe is COMPLETELY different. You are welcomed like a FRIEND and family member . Always with a happy smile. Chelsea in particular takes extra time to get any additional hairs even if it's an extra 5 min. The staff will always offer free refreshments as well. I will recommend this studio to anyone . Went here for the first time for a Brazilian Wax. I can't say I wasn't a bit nervous since it's been a few months since my last wax due to COVID-19. I was working night shift so I scheduled the first appointment. The appointment got delayed 30 min a few days in advance. But the that wasn't enough of a delay for the waxer to be on time. She showed up at the start of my appointment needing 15-30 minutes to heat the wax. In the mean time I had been there 10 min already listening to her coworkers talk trash about her, one of which was another waxer that apparently couldn't start her wax or take me into her "busy" schedule on a slow day. read more

Very impressed with this wax studio. I used to go to European Wax Center and after too many painful wax experiences that left me burned and bruised, I had to find somewhere else. I've had great experiences at the other locations but had to go to this one due to Covid-19 and didn't receive great customer service from the receptionist.
