Not sure why, but my computer only works on the charger now. it worked perfectly fine before, it only had a cracked screen. Dont come here if you value your technology and the way its put together. It was 2 weeks old when I got a virus or two or three. I was given pricing upfront. I knew the price could change depending on the actual work that had to be done, but they had performed such a good analysis before picking it up that the the price was the same. I was given updates while the machine was away, and it was returned within a week. I was hauling my machine home to Pearland to have it serviced, so no more of that!
