Well I got to the office about 11:30 this morning, finished up and out the door by 12:45. Not a bad…read morewaiting considering the place was full and also people have their places held as they text you when you number is up. You can book an appointment on line so your wait may not be that long. When you get there you log into and make a selection of either sitting there or requesting a text when it is your turn. I opted for the text message but still sat in the waiting room. There are about 15 chairs and they are always full. You can wait out side on the picnic table. Mine probable took longer being I was a New Resident and changing over a lot of items. They have one window dedicated to dealers so they can come in and be out sooner. Most people I saw were doing renewals and some other issues. Debra helped me out in getting both of my vehicles registered and my Disabled Veteran's plates. She was very professional and courteous, great conversation as we moved along in the process. She is a true and real asset to this office. All of the other ladies in all of their transaction were very professional in their dealing with the public. I did not see anyone leaving the office angry or frustrated. Keep up the great work you and a true asset to the city and county.

Super fast and efficient…read more Had an appointment in the morning and was in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. Make sure all of your paperwork is in order and you'll have no hiccups. The only downside is making the appointment online and it's either next month or more for the earliest availability. I did overhear some people walk in without appointments and was given one sooner than they would have gotten if they did it online.

I definitely wish it was zero stars…read more I am a deaf trainee for a school bus and my trainer was with me when we checked in. I was prepared for the road test for CDL class b. My number was called and as my trainer and I sat down at a desk, we experienced a rude attitude from an employee named James, even he is the examiner for the road test, he claimed that we were late and we were supposed to be on time. But my trainer defended that we already checked in and filled out the forms. Minutes later, he learned that I am deaf, he obviously determined that I should have an interpreter and he can't proceed. We watched him walking away from the desk and spoke with his super. It seemed like the super told him firmly that he should proceed regardless. After he/the other employee proceeded the forms in the computer, as I was walking out of the building with James to proceed the road test, the trainer overheard him mumbling to himself, "I don't know if he will pass the test without an interpreter." I am capable to take the test without requiring an interpreter because I had studied the handbook for many weeks and I was prepared to explain everything on the whiteboard. Certain employees definitely need to be re-trained to interact with deaf applicants and keep an open mind while doing their job!
