You never receive calls back and can call all day to no avail. They will never have answers for you. No matter how many times your PCP, or podiatrist sends their orders to Sports and Wellness, they claim they don't receive them. This has happened to multiples of my clients who desperately need their diabetic shoes. Just sickening.
