I could not be happier with my podiatrist and surgeon Dr. Meredith Sappington. I was lucky that she…read morewas on-call when I was recently hospitalized for a bone infection. She quickly responded to my bedside, spent an hour explaining my options as her patient and made sure that I had no questions about what needed to happen for the best possible outcomes, she scheduled me for surgery on her day off the following morning and last but not least performed fantastic surgical removal of the infected bone and joint in my foot. I had minimal pain and discomfort post surgery and I will be following up with her for all of my podiatry needs. I can not say enough great things about her. I live 4 hours away and I will be seeing her from this point forward. I highly recommend her and her staff for your podiatry needs as well. You won't be disappointed.

That's what I thought ...about 90% of you right? Out of the 90% of you that agreed, how many of you have thought maybe it's just an aberration but when you went to make another appointment the same thing happened? How many of you don't have a job? How many of you don't have a daily schedule? How many of you don't have other things to do and other appointments? How many of you have absolutely nothing to do and you just sit on your couch and enjoy waiting on hold forever and forever because it doesn't matter because you don't have anything to do? That's right so when you add it all up we're talking about disorganization, incompetent, poorly trained and managed FRONT OFFICE STAFF unable to prioritize the most important part of their business which is the patient, not the doctors. Do the doctors actually have anybody to see or operate on if there are no patients?
