He was an hour early which wasn't a big deal. I was up and ready for him. BUT, it was August in…read moreTexas and hot hot hot. In an attempt to see if my gas heat was working, he jacked up the temperature on the thermostats and turned them to "on". Today, I turned my AC (separate system) way down to accommodate the humidity while I packed and within a couple of hours I smelled gas coming from the back of the house where the AC and Gas were having a duel to see who would control the temperature. He failed to return the thermostats to the "off" setting and push the temperature back down. It will be a while before I am able to be in my room due to the overwhelming stench of gas not to mention what my gas and AC are likely to show as a result of his mistake. He was very friendly, but he only gets three stars for scaring the wits out of me thinking I had a gas leak in the back of my house....he should have reset the thermostats. . Theee stars and two ugly faces.
