(If the burrito is heated to their standard time, it blisters my mouth. I learned that the hard way more than a year ago.) The order-taker guy told me they could not reduce the heating time on the burrito because of health requirements. That has never been a problem for me at other Scooters. I am not used to arguing with the order-taker at Scooters. At other stores they are very accommodating. So I cancelled my order and drove off. They lost my sale.
