He arrived right on time, changed our flat in about 15 minutes, checked and inflated spare to optimal pressure, and put the flat back in our tailgate. He was both professional and pleasant. If you ever have roadside issues in north Georgia, I'd call Turpin's.

Left phone number to be informed when replacement hose was delivered and when to bring car back in for a change out. Two weeks passed and no word. I finally called back to inquire about the hose and was told that they decided to NOT repair my car as I was 'too pushy' when seeking an answer as to what was leaking. I asked if they planned to inform me they had decided Not to help me and was told I was being 'pushy' again. I suppose they intended to just leave me dangling with not even a word. This utter indifference to a customers inquiry and the lack of professionalism turned me right off. If you have an automotive problem...go somewhere else.
