Once again, a Find made me look like a hero to my woman. Came across this little local spot and will definitely be returning to start with the staff is super polite and just great to be around. The food came out quickly and was excellent. We ordered the fried chicken with gravy and was definitely not disappointed we are gravy, connoisseurs, and are very critical and it is a rarity to find a good gravy. This is a great gravy. Pancakes were delicious. They use real maple syrup. Eggs were cooked perfectly. My only complaint is my sausage could've been a little warmer. I like my food hot. This reminds me of small town breakfast. Greeted and seated quickly, with coffee on the way. Great selection of specialty items along with the traditional. Gravy biscuits called my name, and my spouse got the Benedict. Both were quite tasty and filling. Dining area was very clean and all the waitresses made certain the coffee mug stayed full. They came with a choice of breads and grits. And you'd have a hard time beating the price. Everything was tasty and cooked just right. Pancakes were awesome- and you can also get silver dollar size. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the area. Service was good, waitress was kind and took our order quickly as we were just stopping by for a quick bite. The food was nothing to write home about, but it wasn't bad. Coffee was meh very weak and almost tasted a bit watered down. Wish the French toast had fresh fruit or homemade whipped cream. There is nothing "famous" about this French toast. I have seen this place for a couple of decades- right on US 19, in Port Richey- I am a fan of the movie and always thought how fun to have a Breakfast Club. But I never drove up for breakfast in all the years I lived in the area! Finally- visiting and staying right up the road had me chomping at the bit to try them! My daughter and son-in-law met us there for breakfast. Our server was so sweet and just had returned to work from maternity leave- my daughter is preggers and we had wonderful conversation! The baby shower had been the day before and Crystin was gushing. John and I both went with coffee- our hotel bed was less than comfortable and we hadn't slept well at all- thank the gods for good, hot coffee! Crystin went with the stuffed french toast covered with strawberries- it looked VERY rich and I was grateful I didn't order it. I had a 2 egg breakfast with corned beef hash and a biscuit. It also was served with homefries- a lot of potatoes! Crystin stole most of my homefries- which was fine with me. John ordered the country fried steak breakfast and I sampled his sausage gravy- yum! Connor had the meat lovers omelet and actually got full (a rarity for him)! Al in all- it was a great breakfast. The regulars poured through the doors the whole time we were there with servers and the owners calling out various names or stopping to give hugs to patrons. Really felt like a family business. BEST SERVICE EVER!!! All staff are entirely TOO KIND and are always giving a warm welcome upon entrance. I only have limited time when i come here because i work next door at the call center so i only have about 15-30 mins. But everyone and especially the Lady with the blonde hair, are super quick with my order and send me on my way, and id say that those short minutes were quite literally the highlight of my day. read more

It was a sit anywhere kind of place, and the service was beyond good, it was by far some of the best I've ever had. The waitress was wonderful. I told her I hadn't had any sleep the night before, so she took the small coffee cup off the table and replaced it with a big mug. She took my order, and within minutes it came out. The food was DELICIOUS. I ordered the ham and cheese omelette, with breakfast potatoes and an English Muffin. I think I age just about every scrap. Ok, so I was hungry. My wife and I decided to try somewhere different than the normal breakfast spots. This restaurant came up as #1 on the highest rated list on Yelp, so we gave it a try. If you're hungry for a big breakfast you definitely want that! I asked for a biscuit - theyre done in house and it was light and fluffy. Not heavy on the stomach at all. Pancakes, eggs, grits [plus biscuit] and even a juice of your choice for one reasonable price. Everything was very very good! My wife loved her Open Roast Beef and we even wanted to try the mozzarella sticks. Do yourself a favor if you can, order the mozarrella sticks as they were filled with cheese and not the breading. The 2016 YELP Review #239: This is a place I would like to return to simply because it is a local business. Today I was a first time offender and as such I ordered a waffle and a plate of home fried potatoes with bell peppers. I washed it down with a glass of OJ and I was happy. The food order was taken by Linda and it was served up fast... I heard the guy who was running the register call to the guy in tbe back - I think he said the guy's name was John. If so, then John deserves the credit for the deliciouss meal served up in a way that made it both edible and enjoyable. On the way out Linda told me something that just stuck with me... She said the food is consistant. I like that confidence because my food was good, lol. I guve 4 dtars kn my first visit whch was at 2:40 PM and they close at 3. I want to try to return much earlier. And then again around noon. If my experiences are equally as enjoyable, then I see o problem giving out a 5-star review based on the aforementioned "consistency". Nice job folks! Additional notes: I didn't base my review o. the appearance of the restroom because I didn't required on but, the conditon of the dinning room was flawless.. A group of 9 of us went here for the first time this morning. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get in and while waiting I met one of the owners. The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. The food and service were great! I had the creamy eggs and they were delicious! Very affordable! Before leaving,an owner and her husband came to check in as she said she would to make sure all was good!
