I would come a few times a week and each and every single time I would come, middle schoolers and young kids would be all over the place, goofing off on equipment and slamming the weights on machines. They were loud, obnoxious, and disruptive to many guests, including myself. When they did workout on the machines, they never cleaned them off and would leave messes all over the place. When I asked staff if they could have a word with the middle schoolers, they dismissed me and made me feel like I was in the wrong for trying to keep environment of the place open. The middle schoolers would just lounge around on equipment and ignore people when they asked if they could use the machines that they were just treating as chairs, or they would be in the middle of a workout space filming TikToks. More than once, I also went out to my car after a workout to find the middle schoolers sitting on people's cars and vaping. The staff at the front desk is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes you luck out and get someone nice that says hello/goodbye when you're coming or going, but most times, either no one is there or no one even bothers to look up from their phone. Many other guests also treat the place like an absolute garbage dump as well. People will leave machines without wiping them down or they'll just leave weights in the middle of the room. I've witnessed people working out on treadmills without shoes or socks on and the smell coming from them was quite ripe. Others completely disregard the concept of common courtesy and will blast music from their phones without headphones, despite numerous signs around the building saying that headphones are required. Others will talk loudly on the phone, disrupting workouts, too. I let my membership for this place expire and I do not plan on coming back any time soon, at least not until management does something about the middle schoolers goofing off, the patrons with no regard for their surroundings, or the terrible service at the front desk.

I had told him I wouldn't be able to start for another 6 weeks so we scheduled my first 2 appointments and decided we would do the rest when we got closer to that actual beginning of the personal training. Unfortunately, when I got home, I read further through the contact and realized there were things in it that Louis never disclosed to me. There was a fee of $50/month he never mentioned and with the way he set it up I would have paid $320 before I even had my first personal training appointment, Furthermore, when giving me a tour I asked him if the gym has a NuStep machine. He said yes and motioned to the area behind us in the back. Unfortunately, no such machine existed there. The contract stated that I could cancel within the first 2 days if I sent an email to a certain address. So, I sent an email to said address, showed it to Louis and he said I would get a check in the mail for my refund. Of course, said check never arrived. I stopped by the gym multiple times and either he wasn't their or was busy. I had to call multiple times because he was never available and apparently has no email address or voicemail. If sending an email to the gyms main email address on their site was no help. In the end I would avoid this gym or at least their personal training department. Lous Rodriguez will knowingly lie right to your face and will make it difficult to get in contact with him. Of course, if you're signing up & giving them money for a service it will be completely the opposite. I was signed up for training sessions among other things that I never signed up for myself. I also received multiple spam emails and calls from them. Just go to Planet Fitness. Everything there is much more straight forward and honest when it comes to signing any contract.
