Yachts to Sea made this entire transaction not only easy, they made it enjoyable. From the very first day Jerry and Brandon and their wonderful staff were attentive, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The boat arrived in Seattle in perfect condition and was even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. During the past years we've had numerous questions, purchases, and adaptations we've wanted to make. My husband loves to customize his new toy. On each occasion they took the time to go over what we needed and would then explore our options. They gave us an answer immediately or got back to us once they checked with their parts and service staff. On several occasions they worked with the manufacturer to find great solutions. We had just had it serviced at another provider so we thought we were good to go. But it conked out. Not sure where to turn, we took it to Mack's. Paul, the mechanic, was great. He is straightforward and knowledgeable. He discovered that we had water in our gas tank. He got the water out and added a fuel line separator. Our pontoon now runs like a dream. This was our first experience launching at Mack's Marina. We paid our our $10 fee to use their ramp. When we backed our trailer down the middle of the ramp, the right side of the trailer dropped in a hole breaking the tail light. The owner denied the issue and told me I just backed the trailer in too far. He could have cared less and was a real jerk. I should have looked online first. When googled, I saw where others have damaged their trailer's, some reporting axel damage. Needless to say, we won't launch here ever again, I'd advise you to use caution if you have a long trailer. Our tritoon is 25'.
